Horrendous. Parking lot wasn’t busy by any means yet my order was not done correctly. Triple smash was a single smash & my other double smash was the triple. Had to remind the employee I had a shake which isn’t the biggest deal. Mozzarella sticks were stale & my fiancé’s tater tots were hard as rock. Overall don’t recommend.

Completely rude, cut me off several times. I had to literally say “SUNDAE ….. like last day of the week” to them after they choose not to listen and kept repeating “sundae shake blaster what do you want” like girl if you just listen 🤧 then on top of that I am ordering more and she goes “you talking to me” yes who else am I talking to bffr I was about to drive off but wanted to try new menu items. Reminds me why I never come here.

Not a happy customer. They do a crazy job. Can not get your order right.
Sonic has really fell off. Use to be a place to pick cheap and least edible snacks: corn dogs, chili cheese, etc. But not anymore. The worse part the drive thru service. Maybe you'll get someone different. But guy working the day I went, not friendly at all. Gave my husband the drink and just shut the window, no words. Finally the food came and closed the window again no chance to request napkins or condiments. Had to hold the line to get my receipt. Waste of money and time. Make it at home, it'll taste better.

The heavy set African American guy with the glasses is extremely rude. He has a horrible attitude every single time I go there. Someone definitely needs to talk to him. I won’t be returning. I’ll got to savoy where they’re clearly the better employees.

They suck at timing and did not answer for at least 5 minutes then we had to walk up there, and as I was up there talking to them, they were speeding me through it, then forgot to make my burger right. And I went up there to asked if they could make a new one,one of the employees up there had an attitude the whole time. They don't have no gloves and were on their own on their phones. And when I gave them the burger, they took it back, trying to add bacon on the burger that I already had, instead of remaking it, never coming here again. Save yourself the trip and read my review and don't come.

Lazy teenagers didn't want to sell a bag of ice to me when my son had surgery and needed some softer ice to have. Lazy people don't deserve to get paid more

When pulling into then parking lot we were dramatically cut off by a lady who rushed to park and it appeared as though she hustled into the restroom.
We parked and had to push the order button multiple times. After finally getting help we had to repeat our order several times, which they still got wrong!!!! We also had ordered a large, as we were traveling and had our dogs with us and we wanted a cup of water for them. When our order was brought out to us lady was rushed to toss us our food and was a bit upset with us as we were not in our car but standing outside of it stretching our legs. Heaven forbid!
As I was getting the dogs back I. The car a quick peak at our order and the errors with drinks and sides were noticed. Additionally the water was missing. Not really concerned with the error in our order I (mind you I am disabled and walking is very painful for me) went inside to get the missing water. It took a bit for a worker to notice me, no biggie there were a few customers in drive thru, when she did I explained that I didn’t the cup of water I ordered. Another lady, the one who cut us off in the parking lot and parked up front, started to talking to me in a less than hospitable tone and told water wasn’t free and I would need to pay. I asked how much the water was so I could hobble out to my car and get the money. She kept on going about how I didn’t order it, which I know I did, and not in a nice manner. She ended up giving me the water all the while she was getting upset with me over the water situation. None the less water was retrieved.
But ultimately what lead to my leaving a one star review. Is how sad and disappointing our food was. We spent $52 and threw out most of our food. The burgers were dry and felt like they had been sitting for hours our poppers were so over cooked I broke a tooth, and the chicken poppers my son got were versions of uncooked and overcooked. The fries appeared to cook in oil that was way past its date.
Between the food and hospitality of the workers I can honestly say it’s a sonic that I will never go to again.

The burgers taste like they microwave them.
Super long wait times just to talk to drive thru person. Then, additionally, long wait yo get food, pay, etc. Food order has been messed up the past 3 times we've tried to order from then. We are DONE going to the Sonic on Mattis Avenue in Champaign, IL

Placed an online order. Checked in a little early. Was told it’d be out when it was made. 20 minutes went by and cars that placed their order at the window got and left. Pressed button again to check in because I had been waiting 20 minutes. Girl snaps and me and goes “sir the reason you’ve been waiting is because you need to check in”. I calmed expressed that I already did. “It’ll be out”. Five minutes later my order comes out, no apology for forgetting or even a thanks for ordering. Girl hands my order and just walks away.
