From Indiana to Florida I have stopped ar sonics with the family, but this is the only location I have ever been to that they wasnt using the outside drive up ordering spots but when pushed the button to order they told us to come to the drive thru and they was out of ice cream and few other things, been to this location a few times but leaned our lesson after last few visits. Never clean outside and food isn't every right and employees don't care to be there or help, won't be suprised if this location closes in next few year.

I give it a five stars because it is the only place I know of that still has a LARGE milkshake - and for a decent price. All the other fast food restaurants have gotten rid of their large milkshakes and rebranded their medium milkshakes as large. Not Sonic. Still large. Still awesome.

This will be the next business to close their doors. Workers here are so rude and act like you are bother them when you pull up to order.
I canceled the order I placed.
Little to no communication when trying to place an order, workers give attitude when asked a question about a product or the order being placed. 0 efforts are given to serving the customer, keep that up and there will be NO CUSTOMERS TO SERVE.
Don't work in customer service if you don't want to serve customers.
No customers, no work. No profit, no job.
FYI no matter the job or it's title, nomatter where you work or what you work on, you will always be providing something to someone else (customer service). Try dropping the attitudes and just do the job its not rocket science. ??♀️??♀️ we are doomed.

Service took a while, we had enough time after pushing the red button to place our order to download the app, create an account, and place our order through the app before they ever spoke to us to take out order. Food came out fast after that

Lady taking the order was rude & kept rushing, after waiting 25 minutes we pressed the button & asked a new lady about our food she responded “it will be out soon” 10+ minutes later a man brings us someone else’s food which we asked him about our food, come to find out they threw our food away the man offered to discount the food but we just left at that point because there was no telling how long that food would be.

For 16 years I have worked next to the Sonic on Mattis in Champaign Il. Sometimes five times a week I would walk over and step inside to order my food with no issues. Today I was told I had to go outside to the board. When I suggested I had been remodeling this way for 16 years she said.....well we busy, which I replied it is always busy. Long story short. You just lost a 16 year+ customer cause you busy.
