always the worst service. every-time i come here my drink takes a minimum of 20 minutes no matter how busy or slow it is. consistently get my drinks wrong and when anyone tries to ask the baristas a question they always have an attitude or are hard to get a hold of because they are always running away from the counter and never talk to guests. waited 20 minutes for my food item, only for me to ask them if it was coming and they told me they were out of what i ordered. why not tell me?? other time on a busy day i waited 1 HOUR for my drink and the girls around me had also been waiting upwards of 45 minutes to an hour.

I get it when it’s rush hour, and they are 40-60 minutes behind (even though, come on!), but a few times, there’s literally almost no one and 5-6 workers there, but they are still only walking around and chatting, and the customer is just standing there. Or gets the wrong order.

I usually just completely avoid this starbucks, because of their lack of care when it comes to orders. I only came today to try to give them another chance. When I went today, I ordered online, and my drink came out relatively quick, but I watched the employee in control of the bakery items sit and talk with a friend for ten minutes, with my order in her hand waiting to be called out. I would understand that if it wasn’t busy, or if there’s nothing left to do, but otherwise (as in now) it’s just unacceptable.
Another worker had to intervene and callout the orders because she was CLEARLY taking way too long.

Why do you always make the drinks wrong?? It's such a waste of your coffee and our time. This is the 4th time we had a "Oleato Golden Foam™ Iced Shaken Espresso with Toffeenut" WITHOUT the proper foam, in a month! Please, usually we just want to get what we ordered.

I am still waiting for my matcha. My friend ordered the same thing and she got it in 5 mins and I ordered at 2:45 and it’s 3:10! It’s not even crowded and the baristas were very rude to everyone.
