I usually just completely avoid this starbucks, because of their lack of care when it comes to orders. I only came today to try to give them another chance. When I went today, I ordered online, and my drink came out relatively quick, but I watched the employee in control of the bakery items sit and talk with a friend for ten minutes, with my order in her hand waiting to be called out. I would understand that if it wasn’t busy, or if there’s nothing left to do, but otherwise (as in now) it’s just unacceptable.
Another worker had to intervene and callout the orders because she was CLEARLY taking way too long.

Why do you always make the drinks wrong?? It's such a waste of your coffee and our time. This is the 4th time we had a "Oleato Golden Foam™ Iced Shaken Espresso with Toffeenut" WITHOUT the proper foam, in a month! Please, usually we just want to get what we ordered.

I am still waiting for my matcha. My friend ordered the same thing and she got it in 5 mins and I ordered at 2:45 and it’s 3:10! It’s not even crowded and the baristas were very rude to everyone.

The low rating is not given to the staff or food, but the starbucks app and long waiting time. I sent in my mobile order at 12:22 pm. The estimated pick-up time is 12:29 pm. The actual time my order's ready was 12:54 pm. This HALF AN HOUR delay and wait is such a waste of time.
