If you order somethjng through the app, and they are out of what they need to make it, you must get their attention (good luck with that), go the cash register and present your app to get a refund. If you left your phone in the car, well, this is what you are doing for the next half hour. Charged for a product and refused to deliver or refund, except through a narrow process. Seems a little illegal to me.

So the staff at this store is lovely. I come here a lot to work on things. However, I feel compelled to say sometimes when I am sitting in the lobby I think the person who is their manager (I think his name is Joe?) has made weird comments to them and is really condescending about any mistakes made, makes me sad, these are really young people just trying get work experience, possibly for this first time. I wouldn’t want to tolerate this kind of talk and behavior from a boss.

Door dashed a coffee frappe with one pump of cinnamon dolce since they don’t have a cinnamon dolce frappuccino. The barista made me the most GORGEOUS frappe with cinnamon topping and whip cream. Started my day off right, I will be ordering this again!!
