My husband and I are on a road trip. This was the closest Starbucks to our hotel on check-out day. The service & friendliness was wonderful. Our drinks were perfectly made & fresh. My husband had a Salted Carmel Cream Cold Brew & I had an Iced Caffè Latte with Caramel Syrup. Our breakfast items were fresh & very tasty. 5⭐️'s!!! ☕️☺️
Vegetarian options: My husband and I both have food allergies and sensitivities and we have plenty of options here.
They’re super sweet! Kinda sucked that they’re understaffed especially if there’s a line both inside and out. Get more staff!!

If I could give half a star to this starbucks I would. The customer service was terrible. I was waiting for 10 minutes to place an order and nobody greeted me or said they would be with me in a little bit. They also took forever making drinks and there were three people working. I will not be coming back.

I walked into the Starbucks. It was literally 5 employees. No one acknowledge me. I walk to the counter looked at the menu, there were 3 ladies up front at the counter and 2 closer to the drive through no one bothered to speak to me as I stood at the counter continuing to wait for help. No one acknowledged me. I was in there 5 1/2 minutes. No one said anything to me so I. Turned and walked out. I guess I was the wrong COLOR for them to acknowledge me. AS I GOT in my car outside as 2 other vehicles Pulled up with Caucasian getting out, as they went in and I watched them greet the people as they came in the door NO WORRIES. I don't drink coffee anyway.I was just going to try a refresher because I had heard about it from a YouTube influencer (@thatchickangeltv).BUT I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER starbucks AGAIN. ZERO STARS ONLY GAVE A 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO Choose ONE!

My coffie was no more than 70 degrees today. Probably never go back. My sandwich was ok. Not worth our 24$ . Two medium coffies and two breakfast sandwiches. More like sliders size. Unreal

Just go to either Dunkin Donuts or 7 Brew, don't waste your money/time here!!! Here's my 3/4 filled $9 freaking drink! I bet $ there's not even 2 of the 4 espresso shots in here that I paid for!!!! Lady ahead of me, her cup wasn't even half full!!!! This store needs to be shut down! ALL others fill the damn cup up! Was just a quick stop on my way into Walmart, next time I'll go the extra mile and get a FULL drink! Either rip offs OR worthless employees

One of these worst customer service experiences at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and patiently waited 15 minutes before inquiring if my order was coming. The baristas were rude and unhelpful. Come to find out my drink was sitting on the drive-thru counter the whole time. The barista handed me my coffee as if I was the issue, and offered no pleasantries or apologies for their mistake. Good thing I don’t have to worry about coming back.

We stopped here on BSOD Friday. The staff were incredibly calm and we got through the line very quickly considering and wrapped around the building.

This is the best Starbucks in the C-U area, hands down! I come here often and I'm never let down. All of the employees are stellar, kind, and fun to talk to. The batistas all have great skill and my drinks, even when complicated or weird, are perfect. There may be a wait, because this place is in high demand. Worth it every time! My drinks taste like they were made with love.
Vegetarian options: The egg and pesto sandwich is a new choice for vegetarians who eat eggs, and it's delicious! They also have an impossible sandwich, and some other options as well.
Dietary restrictions: They have many milk alternatives! I believe they only have one sugar free syrups, though.

One of your female employees, Ashley has lost her damn mind. After i ordered drinks and was waiting for the drink i leaned on the counter which is my fault but i stood up immediately after she told me to not lean. I also checked a drink that looked like mine but was someone else’s. Ashley decided to escalate the situation instead by telling my girlfriend that had nothing to do with the situation and told her “I’m glad you think thats funny”. Then a few seconds later she points at me and my girlfriend’s brother to leave. Because we were being disruptive even though we did literally nothing but stood in place. She has no concept of customer care. She told us to wait outside! Seriously?? Starbucks! Your move!
