Starbucks needs conduct an internal investigation on their employees taking advantage of unreleased products in the store. If you are going to release an extremely low count of bearista cups to the public, associates should not be able to purchase them. This is for the “Store Manager” reading this. Do a little bit of digging and see how many cups you received from your “supplier” and see how many you sold from 5 am to 5:15am. You wanna know a little secret? I bet you will see another sale later that afternoon with a black associate with an Afro who bought one. She shouldn’t be telling every customer that walks in the door that she has bought a cup from this exact location which she happens to work in. She closed that night and hid the box and only 2 were on the shelf the next morning until she came in later that day and bought the one she hid. I know your district manager would not like to hear this news. It should be fair for everyone. Just do a little bit of digging and watch the cameras and I think you’ll find something.

Never ever go here I don’t know if it’s me or them I ordered the Americano I asked for creamer with that then I go to take a sip there was no creamer so I went and asked for creamer then in store just before leaving I dropped it so I ordered another I asked for the same thing Americano with hazelnut creamer get my coffee no creamer very bad customer service 👎👎👎👎👎

My food was not warmed as requested and my coffee despite ordering it extra hot was warm. I didn't notice until I left.

It upsets me that I wasted time and money and did not get the service that is expected from a Starbucks establishment.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and was disappointed by the subpar experience.

The restrooms were not properly maintained, with trash scattered about, dirty mirrors, and no toilet paper. After using the restroom, I had to call the store to request toilet paper, which was embarrassing.

Furthermore, my customized order for 2 extra hot, Venti Matcha with oat milk, no foam was repeatedly prepared incorrectly, with excessive foam and clumps of Matcha tea floating, and the sugar was not added. I was directed to add the sugar myself, which was not feasible given my time constraints.

The baristas on duty failed to provide adequate support to their colleague or assistance, reflecting poorly on the location. Not once did the manager intervene to assist.

This establishment requires additional training, resources, and a commitment to professionalism to meet Starbucks' standards.

Starbucks as a corporation must prioritize consistency and quality across its locations to maintain customer loyalty.

As a frequent customer who consumes quite a few Matcha teas daily, I was aware of the suboptimal taste.

Being told by a barista that the drink was prepared correctly and could not be improved was insulting and unacceptable. I expect better quality and service.

A refund was requested and granted.
