My worst Starbucks experience ever. Had to return breakfast sandwich, 10 minutes waiting for a simple venti coffee. Workers look unhappy. New sandwich thrown at me-rude.

Follow up: second breakfast sandwich also cold. Venti “dark” coffee order was mostly water. I star is simply not low enough. I would recommend using another location.

And how about a response from a real manager of this store, rather than a generic/AI generated response to a national website. The person “serving” a minimum should be reprimanded.

Starbucks and to start the cashier rung up the wrong order twice somehow charged twice, and when we attempted to ask another employee, the one who a manager, and everyone inside of the store avoided interacting with any customer if it wasn’t handing them a drink on top of this when we told him, the manager, that the order was wrong He aggressively poured the drink out and started avoiding speaking to us any further. It felt very unwelcoming, and it was the worst customer service. I have experienced since I have moved here. Which really sucks cause every day I come to Starbucks since it’s so close to my frat and I house so, going to espresso Royale from now on.

I often come to this location to get work done because the ambiance, in my opinion, is the nicest across the Starbucks in town. The baristas are fantastic - always friendly and engage with customers when able. However, I need to point something out that has been bothering me for some time now... Not sure if there are two managers here, but I've noticed that the male (if I recall, his name is Joe), has been repeatedly condescending towards the baristas. Some of his comments are just completely unwelcome and uncalled for, especially when the baristas are trying their hardest to make ends meet and get thru a rush (when are they not in a rush though?). I remember that this guy spoke with one of the female baristas and after their conversation, the girl turned around and wiped some tears. Oh my heart just went out to her. I wanted to go up to her and tell her that she was doing great.

I've had some small talk with some baristas in the cafe and in the drive thru, and they are always slammed and seem stressed. The baristas are lovely though. The other manager (the female) seems pleasant and friendly, though. Baristas seem to laugh with her too.

Joe, you need to take a walk and have some self-reflection about what baristas deal with day in and day out. To be honest, I think the atmosphere here is WAY better on days he's not here. I wouldn't want to work for this guy... the baristas deserve more than your condescending attitude.

I came up on drive thru on Sunday evening like an hour before closing……it’s really rude! I mean I felt the way she is talking.
Not even in friendly manner!!!!

Slowest Starbucks Drive-thru i have ever seen. It's always slow. Avoid getting stuck in the line. Once you're in, your trapped. Sometimes for 15-25 minutes. Don't let this Starbucks ruin your day. It's probably faster to drive to the one on Prospect and then drive back here.

23 mins in the drive thru for a coffee. That was the most laughably slow location I've definitely experienced. And the blonde lady could not care less. YIKES!
