The Barista's at this location are so good they mostly all know my order it is a bit different like so many other customers..but before I can finish saying my order they complete saying it for me.. I then just have to approve it... they know who it is ...they make me feel special .
Natasha was a rockstar today. She brought my drink out to me when she noticed I wasn’t paying attention. She spent the time to chat for a minute. She made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. In general, I’ve very much appreciated the service at this location.
There is a mature member of staff who is always very kind and displays excellent customer service. They make my visit pleasant. Some of the younger members could do with reinforcing like calling out when orders are ready. They were not particularly busy at the time. Still like this location a lot.
