I often come to this location to get work done because the ambiance, in my opinion, is the nicest across the Starbucks in town. The baristas are fantastic - always friendly and engage with customers when able. However, I need to point something out that has been bothering me for some time now... Not sure if there are two managers here, but I've noticed that the male (if I recall, his name is Joe), has been repeatedly condescending towards the baristas. Some of his comments...
The Barista's at this location are so good they mostly all know my order it is a bit different like so many other customers..but before I can finish saying my order they complete saying it for me.. I then just have to approve it... they know who it is ...they make me feel special .
Natasha was a rockstar today. She brought my drink out to me when she noticed I wasn’t paying attention. She spent the time to chat for a minute. She made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. In general, I’ve very much appreciated the service at this location.
