There's nothing particularly remarkable about this place. The customer service is decent. We haven’t dined in, but I do order the chili with noodles—the noodles, however, have a bit of a tap water taste.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but it was worth the drive to make it to this location , I found out so much history to this Radical Illinois College Town and the railraod is amazing , there is a grab bag here, for those thirsty rail fanners . Fascinating history about famous actors and actresses that came here and involvements in Step N Wolf , I will be coming back because from where I come from I miss that taste so bad and was it so delicious I could seriously scarf down a Steak Burger in 110 percent delight whilst watching a train go by , a neat train ! A grab bag

If I could could rate no starts I would my husband and I brought our 4 yr old son here and customer service is horrible workers don't greet you when you walk in the door and cussed the whole time we were there not going back

Good location and attentive staff. The food was perfect and the only thing off was the lady working drive thru seemed sad or depressed. I wished her a better day and thanked her for her great service but it seemed to make little difference for her. Feel better Miss!
I ordered just only a single steak burger with everything on it (ketchup, pickles, onion, etc.). I received a single cheeseburger with only cheese and onion.The worst part is having a pool of grease seeping through the bag. The single cheeseburger was thrown in sideways and letting the grease collect at the bottom. There was genuinely more than 5 table spoons of grease just sitting in the bottom of the bag and leaking onto my car seat.This felt like pure laziness.

Ordered online. Half my order was left out of the bag. Took one bite of sandwich, its fu@king RAW, took pictures. Called store, manager, Shelby, was RUDE. Didn't care that SnS screwed my order, no apology, just kept talking over me while I was trying to explain and telling me "not our problem, call your driver". My driver didn't pack and seal the bags, SHELBY DID. Called my driver (What a nice guy!!) and he explained to me what I needed to do. SnS didn't pay him for doing Shelby's job either, i bet. Got a refund for my missing food from DD ($8 and change) the whole order was $18. Shelby could at least be responsible enough to not give customers hamburger that's not fully cooked. People like Shelby, have NO BUSINESS being in a management position. You best believe I'll be calling corporate in the morning.
