First time at steak in shake in about 5 years on New years and night staff was over whelmed and short handed. 3 crew night and they where slammed being only place open at the time. The staff was super friendly and food tastes great and it looked better than the images on the board. That was a good team.

I just gave it a try without much thought, and it turned out to be a really delicious restaurant.The price is cheap and the meat tastes good. The French fries are thin, so they have a much better texture. The taste reminds me of gamjakkang(?).You can place orders using the touchpad, and the staff makes you feel comfortable.Oh, you can also add vegetables when ordering!! For free.

Been going to Steak and Shake for 50 years, this was my last meal there. I would have rather seen them close versus what they have become. No service, food wasn't good, shake was good. Just very disappointing from what it used to be. Sonic is better now.

Ordered online. Half my order was left out of the bag. Took one bite of sandwich, its fu@king RAW, took pictures. Called store, manager, Shelby, was RUDE. Didn't care that SnS screwed my order, no apology, just kept talking over me while I was trying to explain and telling me "not our problem, call your driver". My driver didn't pack and seal the bags, SHELBY DID. Called my driver (What a nice guy!!) and he explained to me what I needed to do. SnS didn't pay him for doing Shelby's job either, i bet. Got a refund for my missing food from DD ($8 and change) the whole order was $18.Shelby could at least be responsible enough to not give customers hamburger that's not fully cooked. People like Shelby, have NO BUSINESS being in a management position. You best believe I'll be calling corporate in the morning.

Havent been in a steak n shake for a long time. I don't know if all the restaurant went to self order and pick up your food at a counter but I not so happy with that. I will just go thru the drive thru from now on.
Great food at a great price. First time using the kiosk ordering system, and I'll have to say that it is one of the most intuitive systems I've used for ordering.

This place used to be GREAT but then corporate decided to do away with waitstaff and make it just another semi-fast food restaurant. Order from kiosks. HATE IT!! This business model should be taught in every business school... how to take a business that has been successful for 75 years and destroy it overnight. So sad. Rarely eat at any SnS any more.
