I vowed to never return when they got rid of servers. Well I returned and the food was outstanding. Didn't like the the self serve ordering and because it was slow inside they cooked everything to order which took a little longer than usual but it was fresh and even though it's not set up for the food to be served to the table the cook brought everything out. I love the food and because of this experience I'm putting them back on my weekely/bi weekly rotation

Food was pretty mid. We went in an hour before closing and we paid for drinks, all the machines were off and no tea in the dispensers. We told the people thank you but they didn't respond.

Haven't ordered a milkshake from Steak n' Shake in a while, but I decided to try it again and I enjoyed it. I got the Reese's chocolate peanut butter milkshake, which tasted fantastic. The service seemed kind of slow, but overall I liked my experience here.

I love Steak N Shake food, and have always had a good experience at the drive through. I went inside after not being inside the restaurant in a long time. You pay for your food and ask you to tip the kitchen staff, before you even get your food. Scanning a piece of paper for your drink is ridiculous. The lack of human interface is shameful. I have not been back, and nor do I plan to. We had a good run Frisco melts....but I dont like the direction your company is headed and I won't support it.
