It has been a while since I went to Steak and Shake. Found kiosks instead of actual people to order. Also asked if we wanted to tip staff. Then you have to scan your receipt to get drink. Will not go again.

I hate having a kiosk to order from and then I have to scan a piece of paper to turn on the fountain. The charm has been lost now that the primary interaction is with a tablet.

Just went through drive thru at 9:58pm. Everything we ordered was so fresh, hot and tasted amazing. Best Steak N Shake we have ever been to! Drive thru attendant really didn’t speak much but the food made up for that. So good!!!!

The worst! Service was over an HOUR and the food was horrendous. Absolutely no reason to ever go to this location. Absurd management and customer service (abusive). BBB should be contacted immediately.
