As a self-acclaimed regular at this location, I may be biased, but I'm a regular here because they have been by far the best location in the Champaign/Urbana area. I definitely go out of my way to this location, because all other locations in my area are simply jokes. These guys take pride in making their sandwiches', they're kind, and they're professional. I have never had a bad interaction here, or even a complaint about the sandwiches', which can't be said about other locations. I know it's just Subway, but thank you; thank you for not being one of those locations that has teenagers that don't care, managers that are skimpy on sandwich toppings, and employees that are overall just miserable with their jobs.

Me and my friend walked here. The server who was making our sandwiches was really rude. The food was good though.????️
I don't like the fact that it's hit or miss with instructions. I use the app and each time I ask them to cut it in half and wrap each half separately, so I have two days of lunches but apparently they don't read the instructions.

Will not order from here again. Did an online order and they messed up both sandwiches, they were both very cold, and they gave my wife entirely the wrong sandwich and it was so soggy it was falling apart. Plus they gave me the wrong kind of meat and didn’t give the double meat version that I ordered.
