I ordered online and I was told my order would be ready in 10 min. My friend ordered 2 minutes ahead of me and got the same estimated time. He got his after 10 minutes, but I got mine after 30 minutes. There were like 5 other people with online orders who got their food before us which makes no sense since my friend got his and ordered only 2 minutes earlier. When I finally got my order my sandwich was sloppily made and untoasted. This place sucks.

My god. Watching these people make a sandwich was physically painfully slow. My friend and I went in when they were 90% done with the person in front of us, and it took almost 40 minutes for the guy to make our 2 sandwiches. It was like he was moving in slow motion.

this Subway is so much faster at making your sandwich than most of the other ones in C-U are. and the sandwiches are still made very well. I've never been disappointed with a sandwich from this location, plus they are open late! it's nice to have a healthier option to pick up food from later at night.

The 2 ladies running the place are very friendly. You get what you expect. It's Subway!!Parking: May have to park on one of the side streets to eat here. Business is mostly for walk-in.

The night crew is extremely oblivious and rude.It's as if they don't care if they sell any sandwiches or not (which tbh they probably do not, being students, but still).Patiently stood at the counter for 10 mins and the guy keeps making the sandwich for pickups while talking on his phone. After that, I asked him if it was going to take longer, and he says yes, and continues talking on his phone.Left without buying anything, and probably going to avoid doing so for a while now (at least at this location).

I placed an order through door dash & ordered two sandwiches. When I got my sandwiches, one sandwich was completely wrong. I called them to inform them that it was wrong & they made it, thankfully. When I got home, the same sandwich that was made wrong was wrong AGAIN! I did not want to go back so I took it as is, but then I bit into and there was a bone piece in my sandwich. I was completely annoyed with it all. NEVER AGAIN!

I was checking my phone while my sub was getting toasted and the white lady yelled "HI!!!" at the top of her freaking lungs to get my attention again? She startled just about everyone in line with that and got dirty looks all around

My friend’s card declined and while we were trying to sort it out (we stood away from the line, and we’re not holding it up) they accused us of stealing and would not let us leave. After literally 30 minutes they finally said we can throw away our food and drinks and leave. While we were figuring it out the workers constantly glared at us and called their manager multiple times.BTW, afterwards we went to the Chipotle nearby and the card did not decline. Seems like a Subway issue.
