Went just now a couple minutes ago, there was a white girl who took our order, as soon as we entered she had an attitude, I asked for a combo and she only gave me the subway, I asked for how much it would be and she screamed that she was still not done, We never raised our voice or said anything in anyway. Horrible place, mean workers who was honestly racist. Do not recommend.

I love going to this subway! I've lived in Champaign IL for most of my life and this is by far the best subway in town it's always so clean and friendly and smells so good! I love the atmosphere and of course the food. And shout out to Matt he is my favorite employee and he is always so sweet and nice, most of all he loves to conversate we talk about our day and he always makes my day you don't get that much around town now a days. So thank you for being so amazing!!!!! Your the only subway I go too

Every time I go thru the drive thru its a 10 min wait just to put in my order. Then I get talked to very rudely. I will not ever be back to this location. It unfortunate because I like the sandiches.

On 7/26/2024 I had the best, freshest subway sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was cooked perfectly and was so fresh. The toppings tasted very fresh as well. The employee making the sandwich was quick and efficient and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this location to give it a try. There are many Subway locations in Champaign Urbana but this is my new favorite!

I purchased a sandwich from the subway app. I drive there to pick it up and when I get inside the employee tells me it's too bad that they don't have any tomatoes, Pickles, or banana peppers. Now I won't receive my refund for a fee days. Why wouldn't the app show what items are not available? Honestly I don't know how this location even stays open. So now I wasted my time, gas, and money for no reason.
