They are ridiculously and unacceptably stingy with their ingredients! Very little steak, very little veggies even when I specifically put “more spinach, more olives, etc” in my mobile order. Honestly, the worst subway in town and I’m disappointed every time. It’s not worth it to go to this location anymore. This is such a trash location.

The Texas roadrunner /hobo roadrunner
The lady was half an hour late getting to the store. Once she opened the machine they use.to heat the sandwichs up wasn't ready so she puts it in the microwave and instead of toasting it it made the flat bread hard. Looking down at the ingredients table , the cucumbers looked nasty and pasty white. Also the sandwich looked less than 6 inches.

I don't know if it's all Subway restaurants or just this one at this particular time, but they are very stingy with their ingredients. This sandwich I got didn't have hardly any steak on it. Despite it being called "The Outlaw" there certainly wasn't much to steal. Maybe the outlaw part is how the rob you at the register after hiding behind a stainless steel hood during prep so you can't see what you are getting.I give it 2 thumbs down.

Worst service ever!!!!! I ordered a 6 inch sub when I got my order the bread was so stale and hard I couldn’t even eat it. They refused to give me a refund???I will never go back

Horrible attitude, the guy was so rude I didn't order anything.
I ordered 4 6 inch subs for curbside pickup using the app. When I arrived, I could see into the restaurant & didn't see anyone inside. I waited until I could check in (it makes you wait until it's 5 minutes before your pickup time) & checked in. Still appeared empty inside. I saw people go inside to order & that is when the 1 employee showed up. It took an additional 10 minutes after my designated pickup time to get my sandwiches. Upon getting home & opening the sandwiches, my meatball sub had 1 single meatball on it. Completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were not as good as I remember, either. Horrible experience.

LITERALLY ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN CHAMPAIGN, URBANA, SAVOY IS BETTER DONT GO HERE!I came to the store and ordered 2 subs using buy one get one footlong subs coupon was turned away at the register when they simply refused that one coupon from the newspaper and then asked if I had one that required me to pay 5 dollars more with no sign or indication that is was previously not allowed to use the buy one get one free. They also have a limited selection for subs with is listed just the first subway I've ever been to where they deny coupons from the most common coupon page they have. Please post a sign and stop scamming customers by waiting till after they have completed there order to simply refuse without warning. I have always gone to this subway and don't always use coupons and have always tipped but I think I'll stay away from this one all the other ones treat you right.
