Avoid this Subway location. It appears to be managed by an Indian couple. There are serious sanitation issues — the man’s wristband was repeatedly in direct contact with the food while preparing my sandwich. When I politely asked him to stop, the woman became defensive and argued instead of addressing the concern. On top of that, the cheesesteak sandwich I ordered had almost no meat, far below the normal portion size (see photo). I’ve reported this incident to Subway for further investigation.

Seems like the older Indian man with the scruffy beard (I don’t know his actual ethnicity) had a crazy attitude. I ordered a tuna salad salad and he did not want to put any veggies in the bowl. Asked for all the veggies except jalapeños. He literally just grabbed a pinch of everything in put it in but the bowl wasn’t even half full. I asked can I get more spinach he said he’s out, I asked for more lettuce he acted like I just killed him. Can you please fill the bowl with veggies please.. then checkout he just said when I used my rewards… This is bullshit! I’m like what happened he was mad because I took $6 off with rewards and was mad because he don’t get the money.. man bye.. last time I’ll be at this location. Don’t be a franchisee owner if you hate customer service and the system.

We used delivery, the delivery was fine. The food. Well. Dry bread. Sub par toppings. Definitely not up to subway standards. Go to the one on Mattis or another one in town.

They are ridiculously and unacceptably stingy with their ingredients! Very little steak, very little veggies even when I specifically put “more spinach, more olives, etc” in my mobile order. Honestly, the worst subway in town and I’m disappointed every time. It’s not worth it to go to this location anymore. This is such a trash location.

The Texas roadrunner /hobo roadrunner
The lady was half an hour late getting to the store. Once she opened the machine they use.to heat the sandwichs up wasn't ready so she puts it in the microwave and instead of toasting it it made the flat bread hard. Looking down at the ingredients table , the cucumbers looked nasty and pasty white. Also the sandwich looked less than 6 inches.

I don't know if it's all Subway restaurants or just this one at this particular time, but they are very stingy with their ingredients. This sandwich I got didn't have hardly any steak on it. Despite it being called "The Outlaw" there certainly wasn't much to steal. Maybe the outlaw part is how the rob you at the register after hiding behind a stainless steel hood during prep so you can't see what you are getting.I give it 2 thumbs down.

Worst service ever!!!!! I ordered a 6 inch sub when I got my order the bread was so stale and hard I couldn’t even eat it. They refused to give me a refund???I will never go back

Horrible attitude, the guy was so rude I didn't order anything.
I ordered 4 6 inch subs for curbside pickup using the app. When I arrived, I could see into the restaurant & didn't see anyone inside. I waited until I could check in (it makes you wait until it's 5 minutes before your pickup time) & checked in. Still appeared empty inside. I saw people go inside to order & that is when the 1 employee showed up. It took an additional 10 minutes after my designated pickup time to get my sandwiches. Upon getting home & opening the sandwiches, my meatball sub had 1 single meatball on it. Completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were not as good as I remember, either. Horrible experience.
