When I stepped into this Taco Bell, I was ordering my food on the self order machine thingy. As soon as I was done with my order, the old lady that was sweeping the floors asked me if I needed a cup. I was like yeah. But then she thought I couldn’t understand her or something so she said it REALLY slow. I would have told her I was fluent in English but I changed my mind. The food wrapper stunk up my car. And I’m Asian. Yea

Whenever I have any sort of fancy dinner, Taco Bell on Neil St. is always my go to. Top quality food, even better employees. Wish the food prices were lower but it's the price to pay to taste heaven.

This Taco Bell has the best service of all the Champaign Urbana area Taco Bell locations.
Also, the roof and painting was redone in summer 2024 and building looks nice.
Friendly drive thru employees every time that I’ve gone there. Orders are accurate almost 100% of the time that I’ve gone there.
I drive extra to go to this location versus other Taco Bell options because this location has professional and friendly staff.

Stopped in briefly to use the restroom and grab my pick up order. No one said anything upon my entering or exit- just grabbed my order and left. Fine for me! Tacos weren’t very full but ??♀️

After I ordered the staff didn’t acknowledge me or my wife, not one word was said, even after I asked a question about our order. Now this wasn’t a problem. I understand everyone has bad days, but when we got home her quesadilla was as thin as a piece of paper and our food was cold. I wasn’t going to leave a review but based off of the other reviews on this location, I feel like this review should level out the 5 star reviews from the employees’ friends. Lol.
