Lobby not open even though hours say it’s open until 1am. There needs to be clear distinction of LOBBY operating hours and DRIVE-THROUGH operating hours. I asked if I could walk through drive through, they said no, and I needed either a bicycle or a car for drive through.

Used kiosk to order. The store was empty, as was the drive thru. My order was completed wrong, and I was given no sauce packets after noting how many I needed. WON'T be back. This location is notorious for wrong orders. This was the 3rd strike for me. They had 4 people working, too, which added more frustration for me.

Man the people who worked here went above and beyond. I ordered chicken nuggets online. When I got there they were out ,but one of the employees went to the other store to get them. I was happy. That was greatly appreciated. We need more people like that in this world❤️. The nuggets were good. The nacho fries are always good and I had the dragon fruit tea. That was pretty good as well.

My kids were really craving some cinnamon twists. We live on the edge of town but we decided we would make it a special treat. I ordered my self a few burritos and 3 orders of cinnamon twists. When we got home there was only one bag of cinnamon twists.
