I've gone through the drive thru a couple of times now, late night around 11pm when I get off work. I special order food( don't take items as is on menu) and every time my food has been correct, hot, and fresh. The guy working the drive thru lane is super friendly and helpful. Great customer service skills.Price has certainly gone up at taco bell, it's no longer a cheap grab when you are broke that's for sure, but it's not horrible.

Can u perhaps tell the male employee working on drive thru on 2/03/2024 at 5:28pm that female customers such as myself ain’t his “dear”? Hence the ring on my finger. Lol. And also, for people with no ring, I highly doubt they wanna be called pet names by some random male who thinks they are like the god of the earth just bc they happen to see a female

Taco Bell in the Champaign Urbana area is significantly more expensive than Taco Bells elsewhere. It's becoming harder and harder to justify the costs for what you get sometimes.

Our family of 5 visited on 10/14/2023. The staff was fast, efficient & kind. The young man at the counter even politely brought my food to our table when it took a few minutes longer than the rest of my family’s. Highly recommended this location!Vegetarian options: Loved the vegan nacho cheese! Please keep it on the menu!

I ordered the deluxe cravings box. I left and parked to eat and had the wrong order. I went back. They gave me a different bag. I asked is this the deluxe cravings box? Employee said yes. I said are you sure? Again, yes. I got to where I eat lunch and it was a cold doritos taco meal. I was out of time so I ate it but I will never go back.

You can usually tell how invested an owner is in their business by how efficiently they update their hours. Take the Taco Bell on South Neil. Their website says they open at 9:00 am. Yelp says they open at 10:00 am. Finally, the sign posted on their front door states they open at 8:00 am. Which is it, and how is a customer supposed to know? Nothing is more disappointing than arriving at a restaurant when you think it's supposed to be open and finding the door locked. But we all know who's responsible for this -- the owner/management. If they were truly invested in the restaurant and really cared about their customers, they'd make sure their hours were consistently updated. Anything short of that is sheer laziness. So I suggest that the owner/manager get off their duff and take a few minutes to update the restaurant's hours. It's the least they could do for their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wow!!If you’ll notice that in the last month all but TWO reviews are a 1 star. And no one from this place seems to acknowledge their reviews. So that should say something.We ordered 2 of the chicken tacos, a water and then 3 of the Doritos locos tacos with a mtn dew. We added extra stuff on the 3 Doritos tacos. We also had a mobile order. We forgot to say that we wanted the 3 tacos as a meal with a drink so he added a drink at the end and the lady on the microphone said “oh you wanted a meal?” We said yes and apologized for forgetting to state that in the beginning. She then proceeded to audibly huff and then said to pull around.We pulled around and paid etc. We then asked for the mobile order and stated that we forgot to ask about it at the microphone. She told us that we need to pull around because “she has a line”. The mobile order was sitting right by the window by the way. So she shut the window in our face and then someone else came and asked who it was for. THEN we finally got our mobile order.I check my bag (the one with the 3 Doritos tacos). There’s a total of 3 tacos in the bag and there was supposed to be 5. And the 3 tacos we did have were completely wrong. And one was a SOFT TACO! How stupid are you??! How does this happen???So we said whatever and ate what we had because we didn’t want to deal with the bad attitude at the window again.
