just obscenely overpriced. what is $9 here is $6 at other taco bell locations

I have given this location 3 chances and I won't be back again. The first time I came here they forgot to put an item in the bag--chicken nuggets-- and so we had to go back in and ask for them. Not a big deal as I understand these things can happen but it was a major item missing not like a sauce packet that's relatively inconsequential. On my second visit I got a crunch wrap which was soggy-- not crunchy at all as it's name would suggest. On my third visit I got a cheese quesadilla and a crunchwrap. My quesadilla was, no lie, half empty. It literally had no cheese or sauce or anything in one half. How tf does that happen? And my crunchwrap was once again soggy and generally gross tasting. They didn't add guacamole as I asked and the whole thing was unappetizing regardless so I didn't eat it. I am new to the Champaign area but I have been to Taco Bell in my hometown plenty of times and never had the issues I've had at this location. I don't know what is going on here but I don't see how they can keep any clientele with the products they put out. If you choose to order here be aware that your meal will most likely not be comparable to other Taco Bell locations. 👎🏻

The service is always very good here. The food is never hot and frequently the items aren't put together as advertised. It's relatively inexpensive. They have a lot of vegetarian options and the new Cantina Chicken items are pretty tasty.
this location's employees are always rude and will lie to you about not having something so they don't have to make it. awful behavior.

Wish they wouldn’t have shut down the other location right across the street and built this one across the street. Used to be better at the older one tbh. This newer one had some of the most rude employees I’ve ever seen anywhere, and they were extremely mean, rude, condescending and nasty when I had placed a mobile order to the wrong store accidentally. They were literally mean enough to shatter the nerves of even somebody with nerves of steel. Heads up this location is beyond hood. Lol.

We have been coming here since the old location, never had a problem till tonight. Drove thru got my food, took it home five minutes away over by Centennial high school and it was all completely cold except for my burrito. The tacos about made my pregnant wife sick, I called and was told to come talk to a manager I went to the window and was greeted by a rude lady telling me I was wrong, it was not cold but she would remake it. When I got the food I realized she gave me the same food and just replaced a taco, very disappointed with the service. I've been serving food for a long time I know better please do better.
