We have been coming here since the old location, never had a problem till tonight. Drove thru got my food, took it home five minutes away over by Centennial high school and it was all completely cold except for my burrito. The tacos about made my pregnant wife sick, I called and was told to come talk to a manager I went to the window and was greeted by a rude lady telling me I was wrong, it was not cold but she would remake it. When I got the food I realized she gave me the same food and just replaced a taco, very disappointed with the service. I've been serving food for a long time I know better please do better.

Almost every single thing on my order was wrong. The 1 item that was correct was 10% of the size it should be. A bean burrito should be more than 2 small bites. It was literally an empty shell. I spent 15 dollars across everything that I ordered and maybe got 10 small bites. It looked like a prank. Every item was basically empty.

If they could just figure out how to make their food accurately like 80% of the time, that would be great. Also, whyd you all remove the 5 layer burrito from the free tier reward. That alone warrants a 1 star review for poor management

I’m a dasher and pulled around the drive through to pick up because the doors were locked at 10:40pm on 03/28/24. I was greeted rudely by a Mexican boy with glasses in the drive threw and was told to next time say something at the speaker when I usually pull up and it’s usually okay. I work in customer service and I know that if not how you speak to someone. I will never accept an order for DoorDash to that location. Bad experience!

It’s really not that hard to make a 5 layer burrito. It’s always in the menu. It has 4 ingredients. Figure. It. Out.It’s not beef and beans with a clump of sour cream at one end. It’s not beef and beans with nothing else.It’s beef, beans, sour cream and cheese nicely layered for an even bite.

Okay I'm giving service a 3 star only because it did take forever to get my food (over 10 mins which is long for fast food) when I did get the food it was not made properly - they said they ran out of wax paper and therefore it all stuck to the wrapper and looked like mush.All that said, the staff was super sweet and they tried their best. I'm hoping it was a bad day.

Drive-thru order…The quality of the food was great, but the person working was rude when I ordered. When I drove up to the window, she was more rude. We ordered two chicken quesadillas and six soft tacos and received the two chicken quesadillas and two hard tacos. Screw Taco Bell for ripping off their customers

The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Waited over 30 minutes for an order for 2 people while the the entire restaurant had maybe 5 people in it. Do not recommend. Going to a sit down restaurant would have been faster.
