Although the lady was extremely nice and welcoming the frozen yogurt machines were gross and not clean. half of the froyos came out of the machine liquified. i didn’t judge too much until i used the restroom and it smelt awful and was unkept. not only that, but there were cockroaches crawling on the floor around the toilet area. i didn’t finish my sweet treat and immediately left with no appetite.

Customer service: We waited 10 mins for someone to come to the register to check us out. No apology for our wait when she finally arrived. Yogurt began to melt. The added ingredients/toppings by the counter were a mess. The area was not clean. Items were mixed with one another & falling on the floor. Also, the establishment looked dirty. We almost walked out; however, gave it a chance despite our 1st impression. Yogurt: We all were disappointed. The "chocolate" non-dairy yogurt was gross. Oil was at the bottom of my cup. I threw it away. The rest of the yogurt was just "ok." I've never visited a TCBY that was dirty w/yogurt that tasted awful. 2-stars due to the vanilla yogurt being "edible." However, we will not return.

Great flavors and you have the option to mix. So many toppings to choose from. My fav was the color changing spoons lol. Keep in mind that you are charged by weight. Well worth the drive and a great Saturday treat to share with my baby boy. The young lady behind the counter was sweet.
