As a Bay Area resident, the bubble tea here needs a bit more flavor to really compare well to the best of the best but I really like the ordering experience here. The kiosks are super easy to use and the kitchen is super fast. The dining area gets pretty crowded quickly so you're really best off taking out and eating in the comfort of your own dorm room ;)

Cute little shop. Interesting ambiance. Sells wide variety of boba and other cold drinks and tea. Taste is mediocre. Minimal interaction with the service staff, order, pickup and go. Not ideal for a dine-in.

People crowd around the pickup window and condiment station which makes it very overwhelming. I had to ask people to move in any direction I went. Maybe make a rule about people standing in the way or have like a pickup number queue tracker for the lobby. For how much unused space there’s very little seating. Chicken sandwich was very good. Drinks are top notch. But a sandwich and drink is $20 which is kind of crazy.
Very expensive! 15 dollars just for two pieces of chicken!! And they were so small and came with anything else. The place itself is not comfortable at all. They don't have neither plates nor little cups to put sauce.
