Very very loud. I asked the manager if he could turn down the music/speaker above our table. He said he was more concerned about our meal and no he wasn't going to do anything about the music. The 5 of us will NOT go back

4 year anniversary date night. Hubby was floored at how good it was. If you're looking for a quiet place to dine TRH is not a good choice. It's always busy, they love hootin' and hollerin' for a consumer's special day or event. Clean, great service, amazing food..we had Snake Bites, Awesome Bloosom, 6oz filet with shrimp, chicken tenders, chili , house salad, steak fries and loaded & sweet potato... don't judge!!!- we were hungry, brought home lots of leftovers. 😁

Absolute dumbest seating policy I have ever seen in a restaurant. They can't accommodate a table of over 6 without manager approval?!?!? We only had 8 people and waited forever for a table as at LEAST 10 tables were seated who came in after us because they were 6 or under people. To be unable to sit 8 measly people without needing an agreement with the manager is absolute lunacy!

The service was very good. The steaks were great. One was overcooked, but the manager offered to prepare a replacement.
The prime rib is marinated, salty and smoked, like the bacons you got in Costco. This is far from my expectation. The sirloin steak is overcooked, not medium as we ordered. My friend’s vegetable side is even raw. You can’t image the best dish we had in this restaurant is their bread.

It's ridiculously loud, so much so that we couldn't hear each other, let alone our server. Good service, good food, but not a good experience. We asked if it could be turned down, others were also complaining. I find it hard to believe that their corporate office controls the music. Will not return.

Very long wait even while placed on list, +30 after our time on list, It happens, finally seated and they had to wait on rolls for 20 minutes, never had this happen at any location. After finally getting drink order placed at same time as food due to waitress not coming back for easy 15 min, I get it busy afternoon but we travel all over and stop at many locations and this was just ridiculous, finally got our food (never got salad) and then after all good is out the salad shows up and completely wrong. We live close to this location but will make the drive to a different one after this experience..
No reservations are taken. We came in with a large group (16 people) for a gender reveal and asked to be seated near eachother, however we were placed at 4 different tables spread throughout the restaurant. Our servers were excellent though in accommodating us. Our main server was very friendly and helpful. She also showed a lot of enthusiasm while discussing how to do the reveal. Outstanding service and good food! Just would nit recommend for larger parties.
