Burger ingredients are sound, but the combination needs adjustment for optimal flavor: my single bacon cheeseburger had too much bun, not enough toppings. Parmesan truffle fries were top notch.
I had to call out to let staff know I was present: put a bell on the door to something.

We visited for the first time today, the French Fries were amazing, they reminded me of carnival vinegar fries without the vinegar. I had the single bacon cheddar burger, it had great flavor. My husband ordered the fried spicy chicken sandwich, he said it had just enough spice to give it a kick, he also ordered the loaded fries, the only downfall was we did not receive a fork to eat the loaded fries with. Everything was hot and fresh. We will return

Trying to cause an accident with the shrubs and bushes that block peoples view of the road.

Found a piece of metal in my burger. Called the store and dropped off the piece of metal. Kept playing phone tag with the manager and then stopped hearing from him. Nothing was done about this nor was I compensated for the burger that I ended up throwing away.
This could have ended very badly if I had swallowed it. I am very lucky it did not break my tooth. Overall, do not recommend.

This is the only location that I have visited so far, so I can't say how it stacks up with regards to the franchise norms. I can say, however, that it's a decent burger. Is it worth $6.50 - $8.50 for a single? I don't think so. I feel like the prices are a bit high for what you get.Cheese fries were really good, but, again, the price point is too high for what you get. You're essentially paying $1.30 for the cup of cheese. Highway robbery.Service was very friendly.Atmosphere was very bare bones. This place is okay, but there are better burger places in the area that have more competitive prices.

Burgers and fries tasted pretty good but the chicken tenders we ordered were very salty and it looked dark, most likely cooked in old oil. That may explain the sodium overload. The ice cream or Oberweiss section, is a different story - ice cream there taste’s delicious.
