Burger ingredients are sound, but the combination needs adjustment for optimal flavor: my single bacon cheeseburger had too much bun, not enough toppings. Parmesan truffle fries were top notch.

I had to call out to let staff know I was present: put a bell on the door to something.

We visited for the first time today, the French Fries were amazing, they reminded me of carnival vinegar fries without the vinegar. I had the single bacon cheddar burger, it had great flavor. My husband ordered the fried spicy chicken sandwich, he said it had just enough spice to give it a kick, he also ordered the loaded fries, the only downfall was we did not receive a fork to eat the loaded fries with. Everything was hot and fresh. We will return

This is the only location that I have visited so far, so I can't say how it stacks up with regards to the franchise norms. I can say, however, that it's a decent burger. Is it worth $6.50 - $8.50 for a single? I don't think so. I feel like the prices are a bit high for what you get.Cheese fries were really good, but, again, the price point is too high for what you get. You're essentially paying $1.30 for the cup of cheese.
