I had a wonderful time here! The perfect place to talk with friends and get a drink. The bartenders are super personable, especially Hannah. She talked to me about everything she knew about the establishment and its origins and also had some excellent recommendations on which beer she thought I would like most!! 10/10 would highly recommend (especially if Hannah is working)
We were there on St. Patrick's Day and had some beers with some friends. They only have craft and rare beers. My wife is very strange with beer and only likes Coronita and Heineken, if you are looking for something like that this is not your place. A girl who was with us ordered a beer with pineapple that no one liked. It has a huge terrace and in summer or early morning it is very good. I had a Cocacola and it cost me two dollars. The place is not bad, good for chatting...
Our Favorite while visiting the U of I. I can't even explain the multi note tones you'd get from their "piggy pop original" and the "you blue wit" was a sour to contend with. We say 2 thumbs up!!
