We came here for breakfast this morning. We ordered two omelette and upgraded the pancakes(bran pancakes and blueberry pancakes). The portion size of two omelette and two pancakes were enough to feed both adults and two little kids. I especially love the omelette. It was super delicious. The vegetables are fresh and nothing is too salty. My children love the pancakes. Our serve is attentive and they also have other servers that come to our table to refill our coffee without us asking. I also see that they have fresh orange juice squeezed from oranges in their juicer machine. We will definitely come back to this place in the future.

Ordered the Swedish Pancakes which were great! Also, the freshly squeezed orange juice was among the best I’ve ever had. Only gave 4 stars as I was sat near what sounded like a dishwasher that was constantly running which was slightly annoying but will definitely be back to try more items.

great place to cater in,Awesome service and atmosphere. However, the food gets a star off.Great quantity,But too much oil in the Garden Benedict, my friend says that there's some sort of fishy smell on it. (Food -2)Great taste of the apple pancake, thin layer of pancake bread, thick layer of egg tarts and real-chunk apple sauce.(Food +1)Dietary restrictions: Ordered an onion-free BenedictParking: Come here early or you will get into a long wait-list

This is my favorite pancake spot to date. It's an ideal location for brunch in CU, offering a delightful selection of pancakes.I highly recommend giving it a visit if you're in the area and looking for a satisfying brunch experience. The pancakes are particularly noteworthy and are sure to impress.

Pictured in my review are the 49er pancakes, dutch baby with strawberry and bananas, and the strawbana waffle. The Dutch baby was the most expensive item at about $20 and there is also a longer wait time for this item. It tasted crispy on the edges and very egg like in the center. It had the consistency of french toast and it was served with lemons and syrup. The strawbana waffle tasted like any other hotel waffle. It was the cheapest item but it still tasted good. Lastly, the 49er pancakes were new to me and definitely a treat! They were as thin as crepes but tasted like pancakes. I’m not a fan of crepes but these 49er pancakes were delicious. They were easily my favorite of the three dishes. Keep in mind that these pancakes are huge but thin. The service was good the waitress didn’t check up on us that often because everyone at my table got water. We had about 8 people in our party and we only had a 5 minute wait time on a Friday morning. The place can be a little tricky to find with gps so you might have to drive around the plaza a bit. Parking is so so depending on the time of day that you go. It can be difficult to find a spot up close. The pricing was a bit on the pricer side but some of the food was worth it. Overall, I suggest you check this place out if you’re ever in the area and looking for breakfast food!
