UPDATE - back again (2026), this place doesn’t disappoint again ask for Brian!!! He is the best!! First thing ask for Brian he is a great waiter very knowledgeable about the restaurant and what they have to offer. Everything we had was excellent the salad bar, ribeyes, and twice baked potatoes.

We ate here on New Year’s Eve, and had a great experience. It was first come first served. We arrived at 4pm and waited maybe 30 minutes. Service was quick and efficient. Our steaks (ribeye) were cooked a perfect medium. We enjoyed the salad bar options as well.

This is one of my favorite places! It has the classic supper club feel, but modern and pleasant. Just a fantastic salad bar, and stellar food. Also, the staff is as friendly as it gets. For a steak house, it's very affordable! Great Illini decor on every wall!

The ribeye is a restaurant my wife and I friends and family have Eaten net for years. The ribeye recently sold and I had multiple friends and family say, their steaks were really tough and tasteless. Salad bar was still pretty good however tomatoes were definitely beyond ripe. Both of our steaks were like leather and had no flavor at all. The twice baked potato was delicious. However, a hole was cut out of the top of the potato, and just a small scoop of twice baked potato was put on top of the hole, and the rest of the potato was just potato, not twice baked. We will not go back again. What a shame.
