Stopped by here while on a road trip, walked into the store and proceeded to be totally ignored for AT LEAST 15 minutes. Not a single employee greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. They acted like we were invisible. I eventually left the store and so did the people behind us. Ive never been so blatantly ignored like this before. They could of easily said we'll be with you shortly or SOMETHING it was 530 on a Tuesday. I understand being busy and would have waited longer if I was at least acknowledged.

This might be the worst service I've ever gotten at a Wendy's. I understand there's some construction happening nearby, but not only did it take them 20 minutes (I check the time against text I sent when I got to the parking spot) to get my chicken strips and fries out to where they asked me to park in the lot across from the pickup window, the person taking my order was rude, they forgot my straws, and I found a hair in the box with the chicken strips. I don't even know why I had to wait so long? The fries weren't even fresh. Normally I don't have any complaints with the Wendy's chain but this was just an outstandingly horrible experience.

The food is within the acceptable limits of what you'd expect from a franchise. If you like Wendy's, then this is a solid location for the food.
The restaurant itself could use some work and some cleanup. It feels a little skeevy on the inside.
Service is a bit too laid back for my liking. The staff seems more content to joke around with each other than actually work.

Whoever was working last night in 12.20.24 at 11pm needs to be fire. Chicken nuggets are probably the easiest thing to make. Never the less they served cold chicken nuggets that you can tell have been sitting there. There was only 3 nuggets in 2 orders that were made fresh. If you are that lazy you deserve to be fired.

Nothing like waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes when it's 20 degrees out and you're the only one there to be told you'll be waited on in a couple of minutes. Not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. Absolutely pathetic and rude service always, along with incorrect unreturnable food. Buyer beware. Culver's and other good options are available on this same block.

Just came from the drive thru. I ordered 4 bacon double stack biggie bags and a chicken sandwich biggie bag. There was no bacon on any of the burgers. You need to make this right!!!
