Went through the drive through!Told it would be a minute or two for my chicken nuggets so i was asked to pull forward! No problem!Waited for 10 minutes in my vehicle before I went inside, and nobody knew about my order! Like what?

Ordered a baconator and 4pc nugget meal for my son and didn’t receive BBQ sauce like I ordered. At least give me ketchup packets for all of this meat or at least 1 pack of BBQ sauce for each of the meals.

Surprisingly the food was pretty good considering the store was filthy and the staff indifferent. The nice lady taking orders was also working the fry station and handling/bagging food with her bare hands after handling filthy cash. Glad Dave Thomas isn't here to see this mess.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s it amazes me how they always get my order wrong. There dirty I have personally seen them not wash there hands and handle others food right after there chicken is a big NO NO. It never sits right with my insides and for the first time it came back up poor food quality and service never going back

It was a horrible experience, when we went over there we went through the drive thru. nobody came over the speaker to help us so we tried to go into the lobby and the doors where locked, it was late at night so that is understandable. We seen employees inside so we figured we'd call in to.see if you where even open and nobody answered the phone. I love Wendys and I was very disappointed this time around. ?

They advertise they have peppermint frosty on billboard sign out front but ordered and got vanilla. They charge for sour cream with the purchase of chili first I’ve seen if that at Wendy’s . Food was great! Drink was great. Staff was great.

New employee taking orders....he was focused and trying hard ...kudos. Food was meh....Bacon Deluxe just warm....a bit underwhelming...not like the picture...seemed thrown together. Fries were solid. New soda machine is cool.

I've been a few times, and the friendliness of the drive through staff has been notable each time. I appreciate that Wendy's has decent salads, baked potatoes (and they're tasty!), and junior sized frosties (perfect size for me).As with all fast food, check your order for accuracy before you leave.
