I love Wingstop so much that I don’t even want to leave this review, but this location is extremely inconsistent. The last two times I've ordered from this location they forgot my fries and this time they forgot both of my cheese sauces. When my boyfriend called to complain about this issue the cashier on the phone was not able to help us at all. We asked for a manager and his response was, “I don’t know my managers schedule”. I also work in food service so i understand mistakes happen, but everytime is kind of ridiculous. Also, you should probably have a manager or lead on every shift if you guys can’t solve customer issues without one. Wingstop is too expensive for yall to be consistently messing up orders. Save your money everyone because they won’t refund you even when they mess up.

The last 2 times I ordered delivery, first time I received half of my $78 order. The second time I have yet to receive the order. Call the store I got put on hold. Was on hold for 20 mins so I hung up and called back 10x no answer.

To make the long story short, I ordered a 30 piece chicken buffalo/mild. We sat down to eat our dinner and noticed our chicken was in a bed of oil. I’ve never seen this before so I’m not sure what that comes from but what I do know is this is a stomach ache waiting to happen. My husband calls to let them know and was told it’s nothing they can do about it because we aren’t willing to drive 25 min away again to bring the food back. I know good and well we couldn’t be the only people who experienced this. The inconsiderateness is what’s bugging me the most &&&& this is actually the second time I’ve had to call them about food but the first time I did take the food back but was refused a refund and was offered for them to remake my food which I agreed but didn’t want it that day. I returned the next day to get my food replaced and they said they had no knowledge of the situation so I was just outta luck. I will NOT be going back no time soon!

Ordered food twice recently and the orders were wrong. The second time, I called, spoke to someone who left me on hold and hung up. I called back twice and the phone just rang. I’ve worked in food service- this job isn’t that hard… read the ticket. It costs nothing to provide good customer service, especially if you’ve messed up an order.

Kinda small, really busy. We waited, about 25 minutes until we got our food. I wonder, if that's a regular thing over the weekend? Anyway, the fries were good and the BBQ wings were very good. I'll definitely go back. It's worth, the wait. 🙂
