After I working 10+ shift. I order food Togo My family and I food and was it horrible I ask for well done fries( which they don’t fry them until you arrive) they wasn’t and all my chicken sandwiches bread was burnt.. I’m so mad because I should have checked my bag but they sealed it with a sticker. I got home to call them and young lady answered I told her the issue and she said hold on.. 10 minutes later waiting. I wouldn’t every spend money here again service always suck

The intense situation was the lady who was doing shift on 9th December at 6:45 pm , she was not helping at all and even worst was she have my order but taking more time and not seeing as a human being , manager please hire people with kindness

The customer service here is fully crap, and genuinely the worst I’ve seen in all of Champaign, or actually in general. Please hire new staff or to all of you customers don’t even bother ordering online or takeout since it’s all a waste of time. I don’t think the workers here know how to press “finished preparing order”. I’ve wasted money on orders that never got prepared and never arrived.

Online delivery order for 20 wings was delivered with no wings. A bag of french fries was left on my doorstep. When I called to try to resolve the issue I learned that the restaurant's phone doesn't even work. This restaurant is a joke and should be avoided at all costs.
My fiancé and I have been getting food from here ever since I tried it out the first time. The wings are always juicy and crispy and the employees do not play around making the meals. I’m so glad it’s close to my place as I’ve boycotted other fast food places, but this is truly the best one on campus.

Terrible customer service. Cashiers will ignore you as long as possible and then when you try to get their attention when they are blatantly ignoring you they hold a grudge and bump your order back and make your food get cold and tell you they are “holding on fries” when other people who ordered before your order came in are getting their fries.
