This location does not accept the digital coupons off your phone. I'm from Chicago and they closed all the arbys by us. I saw the sign for this one off I55 so decided to stop since it's been over a year since the last one closed out by me. Because there are none in my area.i don't get paper coupons anymore. I would have left and walked out if I had not been craving a beef and cheddar. I still got my food only because i was already here but I'll never be coming back.

A group of us came in and I was the only person in line to start with. But there was no line, only me. I stood and stared at the kid who was staring at his phone. It wasn’t until another guy got his attention until he looked up and saw me. My order was complete. Then he asked me three questions, repeating one that I already answered when I made the order. When I got the meal, the sandwich was barely warm, the fries tasted like they were both undercooked and like they made them yesterday. My friend came in and said, “I guess you get these over-seasoned curly fries unless you specifically ask for regular fries.” A third said she was glad she didn’t order fries. The other 3 that came in said they weren’t going to bother to order something if it wasn’t fresh. Lost customers…you know you shouldn’t be serving old food.

Arbys sends you daily deals thru the app but when you try and redeem them, the restaurant tells u they don't know how to do it and charges me full price! 2 times I've had a problem at this location. Needs new management. Employees are clearly untrained.

Absolutely bad attitude acted like they didn’t even wanna be bothered as for Arby sauce. They said sure get one ketchup in my bag with two potato cakes, and zero Arby sauce when I asked for them, they looked like they were completely appalled. I even asked them to do their job and roll their eyes at me at that guy with sunglasses at the drive-through ignorant, and the blonde who is picking her ear and playing with her hair. Absolutely tacky will not be back teach someone a lesson to a customer

Arby’s — close to a 5, but that fry betrayal tho.

Swung by around 7:40 PM. No real line, in and out like I had backstage passes. Order was ready in maybe 6 minutes — quick enough to still be hungry.

Got the Angus Cheesesteak Sandwich Combo with a drink and fries. Let’s break it down:

➡️ Fries? 2/10. Tasted like they had a long night and got reheated for my sins. Dry, tired, no crunch, no love.
➡️ But the sandwich? Oh man. That bun was soaked in juicy steak vibes. Meat was tender, sauce on point. Honestly? Kinda stole the show. I almost clapped.

The place was clean, staff did their job — not overly friendly, but not grumpy either. Neutral vibes, which I’ll take.

Would I come back? Maybe. If my GPS gets sentimental and brings me here again 🙂
Rating? Solid 4. Would’ve been a 5 if the fries didn’t ghost me emotionally.
