*Not Recommended* *Greasy Old Barley Warm Fries* *Manager was rude when we asked for our Chicken & Fries to be well done extra crispy* They didn't give us any ketchup or Salt at all when I specifically asked for ketchup and salt for the fries
Only Gave Us each one Sauce with our 4pc tenders (the tenders were actually good and cooked well done which is the only reason we didn't go back) the French fries were inedible
The young girl who took our payment through the drive through and gave us our food apologized for the extremely rude managers behavior which is another reason why we didn't go back, the owner should seriously consider having a few undercover picky customers show up at different times to catch this manager being rude because if this was my business I would not allow such behavior towards my paying customers.
The ice cream was also really good, it really was just the disgusting French fries and managers rude aggressive behavior that was bad the chicken was good.
We would only go back if they would replace the old dead fries with new fresh ones on the house.

A worker named Caleb took my order, don’t get me wrong the food was great, but as I was waiting on my food and they called the food I ordered, Caleb sat there on his phone. Everything was great but I wish the wait was a little shorter.

Nothing But Problems With This Location, Constantly making my Twisted Sunday Wrong Every Time. This time messes up the simple no topping milk shake. Constant problems with this location that could be easily solved with workers with common sense.

First time we went, it smelt like raw sewage on 6/2/24, and then we went on 9/17/24 the service was good and the food was good and the store was clean

Went through drive thru to get my wife and daughter a blizzard each. My daughter requested oreo with caramel, the employee said no, it would be too watery. I said that is ok she wants caramel. Again told no. My wife always gets herself a heath blizzard blended and then hot fudge in the center, again was told no. We have never been told no on any ingredient we requested unless they were out. They just flat out said no. We will continue to go to the Shorewood Dairy Queen, where we have never had an issue there. Just disappointed. We have been here before and was not a problem to have them made the way we wanted them.

Not happy with this place. Took my girls here for an after dinner treat.. we sat and waited 20 minutes waiting for our order.. in the meantime other people who came in after us, were being served. I finally went to the front and asked what happened to our order, I was told they forgot about us. The gentleman who had just arrived apologized profusely and got our order out asap.. but the staff who was here (Brianne) when we arrived, makes it to where we won’t be coming back.

Really nice dq! Everyone there was super friendly. It was very clean! I keep seeing other reviews mention a smell, but I didn't smell anything. We visited very shortly after they opened.

I had to take out a 2nd mortgage to get a box of dilly bars and 4 burgers for my family. Seriously though, food was OK but WAYYY overpriced. Service is great, they have some nice people working there.

Don’t go to the Dairy Queen we paid nine dollars for two medium cones that were smaller than a McDonald’s cone very cheap with their ice cream. It didn’t even cover the whole cone. It was literally just a little swirl in the hole of the cone.

It's a DQ, that's for sure. They had better ice cream than the Columbus, IN location did two weeks ago.
