I just went through the drive-thru to get a coffee, I redeemed my points and the worker scans my phone for my coffee. She proceeds to ask what Dunkin I usually go to, Then tells me to go redeem my points at that Dunkin because that’s where I spend my money and she’s giving me a free coffee even though I don’t spend money at her location. She then hands me my coffee and tells me to come back when I am paying with cash. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard considering I order and redeem points at multiple different Dunkin locations. Dunkin has their rewards for a reason so the idea that I can’t use them anywhere is absurd. This was so rude and clearly they don’t want a repeat customer. I will not be returning to this location again.

Terrific customer service plus the employees are very nice and helpful, ordered a dozen strawberry frosting donuts and a lemonade drink and it was terrific.

This place is horrible, I ordered munchkins and asked what kind they had, she named 5 different kinds but I only got two flavors and they were hard as a rock .I went to the store the next day and was very polite and asked if they could give me knew ones, I even brought back the old ones, they just argued and said I didn't buy them from there even though I had a receipt. They just kept picking them out of the box and smashing them saying I was lying. I also ordered wake up wraps and hash browns that went straight to the trash.

Overall my 2nd worst experience at a DD, and I've been to a lot. I'm surprised it's still open by how incompetent they are. I think even the regional manager is terrible for allowing this.

Ever since the new folks Mr Patel, took it over its been inconsistent. They will not take your order correctly, or read the mobile order tickets & mess up your order, but then has the audacity to call the customer a liar. The owner said I was making up a name of the person I complained about...funny because I got said name of the receipt. The receipt they tried to deny me. They're rude & greedy here. They don't like being told something in the order is wrong. Forget about if you ask for more than 1 ketchup packet or extra napkins. I'm completely over this DD. I'll go where my hard earned money is appreciated. Even if it means passing this DD up to go across town to a different one. I'm at DD 5 times a week. The way they treated myself & my sister this weekend is enough for me to never step foot here again.
Brought my grandsons for the spider donuts. They were so excited until they saw the spider donut was a purple donut with a munchkin shoved in the middle of the donut. What laziness… don’t offer spider donuts if you can’t actually make them look like a spider for the kids. No legs, no eyes on the munchkin. The guy behind the counter told me these were the spider donuts. What a disappointment!

Honestly, this is my favorite dunkin. I will travel to this one over the one that is closer to me. They make my drink correctly and they are always super nice! The workers know me by name and make my order super quick.
