This place is horrible, I ordered munchkins and asked what kind they had, she named 5 different kinds but I only got two flavors and they were hard as a rock .I went to the store the next day and was very polite and asked if they could give me knew ones, I even brought back the old ones, they just argued and said I didn't buy them from there even though I had a receipt. They just kept picking them out of the box and smashing them saying I was lying. I also ordered wake up wraps and hash browns that went straight to the trash.

Overall my 2nd worst experience at a DD, and I've been to a lot. I'm surprised it's still open by how incompetent they are. I think even the regional manager is terrible for allowing this.

Ever since the new folks Mr Patel, took it over its been inconsistent. They will not take your order correctly, or read the mobile order tickets & mess up your order, but then has the audacity to call the customer a liar. The owner said I was making up a name of the person I complained about...funny because I got said name of the receipt. The receipt they tried to deny me. They're rude & greedy here. They don't like being told something in the order is wrong. Forget about if you ask for more than 1 ketchup packet or extra napkins. I'm completely over this DD. I'll go where my hard earned money is appreciated. Even if it means passing this DD up to go across town to a different one. I'm at DD 5 times a week. The way they treated myself & my sister this weekend is enough for me to never step foot here again.

Brought my grandsons for the spider donuts. They were so excited until they saw the spider donut was a purple donut with a munchkin shoved in the middle of the donut. What laziness… don’t offer spider donuts if you can’t actually make them look like a spider for the kids. No legs, no eyes on the munchkin. The guy behind the counter told me these were the spider donuts. What a disappointment!

Honestly, this is my favorite dunkin. I will travel to this one over the one that is closer to me. They make my drink correctly and they are always super nice! The workers know me by name and make my order super quick.
Got the hot honey snack bacon wraps. All I got was some side bacon that smelled of ash with a hint of spice. The new staff are dumping ice in their ice coffees and adding ounces of coffee. Don't go here. The Indians working there are scamming you.

I stop at this Dunkin 5-6 times a week. The food is great, as is the service. The people at the drive-up are so personable and kind. This is the only Dunkin that prepares my iced latte correctly. I sometimes stop at other Dunkins and my drink is never as good. I will continue to give this Dunkin my business and you should, too!!

I ordered a cheese bagle, and Bagel was kindy rotten and very hard to chew. I asked for an extra tea bag lady said $1 extra, while extra sugar cream and tea is complimentary according to Dunkins policy.. hash browns were cold and too greasy. Avoid it if you can and go 2 miles north instead.
