Iāve given this place multiple chances and they just arenāt up to par with other DNDs Service is horrible! Coffee is bitter and they refuse to give you a refund if you just think the coffee is so bad you canāt stand it. They forgot an order of hash browns one day and I came back in and the guy argued with me that he put it in the bag. I was here everyday spending anywhere from 12 to 24 dollars each time and he thought Iād lie to get one order of hash browns out of them? Horrible service they need negative stars.

This location is awful, period. Dunkin Donuts should be embarrassed to have their name represented in this way. I'm sure it's a franchise and they have no clue how poorly this is run, the quality of food and coffee AND the rudeness.

I just went through the drive-thru to get a coffee, I redeemed my points and the worker scans my phone for my coffee. She proceeds to ask what Dunkin I usually go to, Then tells me to go redeem my points at that Dunkin because thatās where I spend my money and sheās giving me a free coffee even though I donāt spend money at her location. She then hands me my coffee and tells me to come back when I am paying with cash. This is the most ridiculous thing Iāve ever heard considering I order and redeem points at multiple different Dunkin locations. Dunkin has their rewards for a reason so the idea that I canāt use them anywhere is absurd. This was so rude and clearly they donāt want a repeat customer. I will not be returning to this location again.

This place is horrible, I ordered munchkins and asked what kind they had, she named 5 different kinds but I only got two flavors and they were hard as a rock .I went to the store the next day and was very polite and asked if they could give me knew ones, I even brought back the old ones, they just argued and said I didn't buy them from there even though I had a receipt. They just kept picking them out of the box and smashing them saying I was lying. I also ordered wake up wraps and hash browns that went straight to the trash.

Overall my 2nd worst experience at a DD, and I've been to a lot. I'm surprised it's still open by how incompetent they are. I think even the regional manager is terrible for allowing this.

Ever since the new folks Mr Patel, took it over its been inconsistent. They will not take your order correctly, or read the mobile order tickets & mess up your order, but then has the audacity to call the customer a liar. The owner said I was making up a name of the person I complained about...funny because I got said name of the receipt. The receipt they tried to deny me. They're rude & greedy here. They don't like being told something in the order is wrong. Forget about if you ask for more than 1 ketchup packet or extra napkins. I'm completely over this DD. I'll go where my hard earned money is appreciated. Even if it means passing this DD up to go across town to a different one. I'm at DD 5 times a week. The way they treated myself & my sister this weekend is enough for me to never step foot here again.
They need more setting. But I was in for donuts š©. They where good coffee was hot and fresh. They like dogs. I am making this place my go to. D&D GOOD JOB. Pilot is also great. And clean.
