Washout required before loading with receipt proof. Call number on board to check in, park on right shoulder and wait for your dock assignment. Slide tandems.to the rear. Stay in your truck, so use restroom before you arrive and pack snacks.They are quick to load once in dock, and really friendly.

Okay place to pick up. When you arrive, drive down until you see the sign that says main gate. Park on the shoulder but leave enough space for tankers and other trucks to leave facility and enter facility. Walk up to gate and enter at door with sign that says box and reefer trucks entry. Make sure you have your appointment number, trailer number, delivery destination, and washout receipt ready for check in. After checking in, they will give you instructions. Follow said instructions and after being loaded go back to the gate for check out. After all of that you are good to go ?.

Arrived at 5pm for pick up. Left loaded at 11pm. Do not recommend if you dont like waiting.
