The young man working the register is rude. Food is never consistent or correct when ordering online. I have given them several tries, but enough is enough. I'll take my business elsewhere. I will go down the street to Taco Fixx or Burrito King. Im sure they will appreciate my hard earned money and produce what I actually ordered.
We have a joke in our house about whose order will they mess up this time. The rude employee is what broke the straw. Give him training and let him know how to work with guests.

We got taco dinners. Tasted great and included a good amount of meat. However, the sides were super skimpy like literally a tablespoon or so of beans and maybe 2 tablespoons of rice. The little compartments in the styrofoam dish weren't half filled. Last I checked these are some of the most plentiful and inexpensive foods on the planet! Fill it up! Skimping on them is not a good look and for my money will cost more than it saves.

So this issue was resolved when the manager reached out to me. I boosted up the stars
One of my favorite local chains food is always good at all locations. Ordered food for delivery from the website not delivery app. Food was never delivered got a text that it was called the channahon store was told it was left on the desk at the warehouse ,I have no warehouse at my location. Store said there was nothing they could do. So thats the customer service of times.

This has to be the worst tasting burrito loco,nasty bathroom.I've tried this location twice now and something just isn't right.. Also, if i'm not mistaken Joliet is cheaper. Probably taking advantage of the location! I recommend taking the drive to the taco truck instead!!!

I don't even know how food is, but I don't appreciate lies. For burrito order, certain items should be included standard as it says on the website, but once you call them, every item is extra, sdo burrito will be around $16. For that much I can get way better quality food in way better restaurant.

25 minutes for 2 steak taco's a side of and a steak/potato burrito which had NO STEAK JUST POTATOES. And it wasn't even busy as the back stood around joking and laughing. Second time in a row that they have SCREWED up won't happen again as I'm done with El Burrito Loco.

The tostada was soggy avocado was rubbery and the cashier didn't even want to give out napkins the salsa had crust on the top of the little container never again stopping here the total was 20 and some change and I just tossed it out wouldn't even feed that crap to my dogs
