I just placed my order 20 minutes ago and I realize my sandwich barely has chicken or bacon on it and yall forgot my straw for my drink. 2 weeks ago the JJ driver forgot my drink. If we’re paying for this expensive food at-least make it the correct way. Won’t be ordering anytime soon!

Bread anyone??? Worst sandwich ever!! Ordered a club lulu. One piece of turkey, barely any lettuce n tomatoes. Barely any bacon. Could not taste the mayo and I ordered extra! The sandwich sucked! For over $10! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nearly everytime I've been here I've had amazing food, and the few times I've had a problem, it took no effort or time from me for them to fix. I will definitely order from them again.

Have been inside, through the drive thru and have ordered delivery. All options suck. Orderers take forever, even when it is not crowded. Customized my sandwich on the app for pickup, order was not even close to what I had ordered. Manager does not care and neither does staff because I called to complain, they did not care. Delivery took 52 minutes to recieve, and it was only 1 sandwich.

Don't even attempt to get this delivered on your lunch break. I work across the street and my delivery took well over an hour, and wasn't even delivered by Jimmy John's. They sent my order to Uber Eats. Just some advice - if you don't have drivers available, call the customer and ask them if they'd prefer pick up or would just rather cancel their order instead of waiting over an HOUR.
I wouldn’t call them freaky fast what so ever. Went through the drive through there was 1 car in front of me and I was in line for 20 minutes. Yes 20 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. I saw my sandwich get placed by the window and the employee left the window with my sandwich sitting there for 15 of the 20 minutes I was there. I almost got out of my car and grabbed it my self. Just to get home and find out my sandwich was missing cheese! Absolutely unbelievable. Won’t be back at this location.
