Nearly everytime I've been here I've had amazing food, and the few times I've had a problem, it took no effort or time from me for them to fix. I will definitely order from them again.

Have been inside, through the drive thru and have ordered delivery. All options suck. Orderers take forever, even when it is not crowded. Customized my sandwich on the app for pickup, order was not even close to what I had ordered. Manager does not care and neither does staff because I called to complain, they did not care. Delivery took 52 minutes to recieve, and it was only 1 sandwich.

Don't even attempt to get this delivered on your lunch break. I work across the street and my delivery took well over an hour, and wasn't even delivered by Jimmy John's. They sent my order to Uber Eats. Just some advice - if you don't have drivers available, call the customer and ask them if they'd prefer pick up or would just rather cancel their order instead of waiting over an HOUR.

I wouldn’t call them freaky fast what so ever. Went through the drive through there was 1 car in front of me and I was in line for 20 minutes. Yes 20 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. I saw my sandwich get placed by the window and the employee left the window with my sandwich sitting there for 15 of the 20 minutes I was there. I almost got out of my car and grabbed it my self. Just to get home and find out my sandwich was missing cheese! Absolutely unbelievable. Won’t be back at this location.

Easily one of the worst jimmy John's I have ever been too. Takes a minimum of 20 minutes to make one sandwich. 20 minutes for one slice of roast beef?????? Will never return

order#28380068995268609 (box 30-piece) i placed an order at 10:46am , right now is 11:53 and nobody snowed up. the store doesn't answer the calls. i need a refund! terrible service, avoid this place. update: at 12:13pm i got ahold of manager (her name Chaney, i might spelled wrong) and she agreed to refund my order, because it was never delivered. now 2:00pm and i received a call from driver that he has my order ready. is it a joke? its been 3 hours after placing the order and 2 hours after i requested a refund and cancelled the order. i will contact the corporate with a complain and try to contact my bank. i have never received the order.

They don't accept cash. Even with exact change. Was just there, and counting my cash as I placed the order, they made the sandwich then said they dont accept cash. Had to finance my food, lol close your doors and figure out your issues before you reopen. Or maybe put a sign up. Not coming back so I don't really care, jersey Mike's is way better anyways.
