I have ordered from this location for the last time. SUBWAY makes a better sandwich and I dislike subway. Every time I order from this location my veggies are spoiled. I love JJ’s but I can’t continue to order 30$ in spoils food from here any longer. I feel like declining the CC charges and still may. If you order from here GOOD LUCK! Trash food!!

Very disappointed with this sandwich with the meat that was put on. Do you think Jersey Mikes subs are like this? I don’t think so. Paying $9 for the Italian Night Club?! Luckily I did call and spoke to the manager about this and getting a credit. Please tell your employees, would you want your sandwich to be made like this here? Cmon..

If I could give zero stars I would. It took them over an hour to deliver my sandwich. I ordered at 4:46 pm and I didn't get it until 6pm. It was in received status until 5:32 pm. Then when I do get it my lemonade tastes like they should have changed the carbonation on the machine. It took so long that the ice in my drink was almost gone. NOT HAPPY.

This store is slow all the way around. Drive-thru is 15-20 minutes minimum. Delivery you might even get it the next day. Never ordering from here again.

I wanted to buy two pieces of fresh bread $5.00 a piece $50 cents the price per piece from the previous day was very exaggerated, not even in the jewell does it cost that and fresh of better quality

It’s faster to just go to the store for your order unless you want to wait an hour or more. When our food took too long to get delivered, we called and they made it sound like I was lying about not receiving my order. Once they remade my order and finally delivered it after 90 minutes, it was wrong anyways. I wish this location cared more about their customer service and quality of their food.

Ordered online for delivery. Waited 45 minutes for delivery and it was a partial order. Driver said the only way to get the rest of the order is to call the store and let them know. I handed bag back to driver and said when the order is complete have it delivered. Received a call from the store, manager stated the driver said I threw the food at her and she will not come back. Only option is pick up. I canceled the order. Management says there is no one else to deliver it. They said they will let corporate know. They believe a lying employee. Customer is always right. ha ha.

I've given this place numerous tries, and I'm gonna just have to call it quits. Todays episode, repeating my order three times ( always a favorite).I get to the window and she asks if I'm a rewards member. Yes. I give her the only number I have- and have used in the past. She can't find it. She asks me twice more if there's another number, which I reply, that's the only one I use and I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but it's fine, I'll just take the order. I asked for extra turkey, yet it doesn't seem like there's much more than usual. I'm just not seeing the value, and I suggest getting a different logo because freaky fast was just the opposite.
