They have out priced themselves
I was the only one in there, I had yo wait 5 minutes for someone yo take my order,
Very ignorant employee. I went in with a code and was told I could not use it because it would not work on her system. Whose fault is that? I am tired of McDs app that always crashes and then have to deal with ignorant overpaid employees that do nothing but stand around and play on their phones. I use the app to get a deal, not to have to pay full price.

It’s a meh McDonalds, lots of kids working in there which is good they’re working. Unfortunately it means the order is very often incorrect, yet I continue to go there frequently.

Had to communicate when the person taking your order does not know English, no soap to wash hands before eating, BUT the tried to be as polite as they know it to be. Food was still the same as always just cost as much as a slab of ribs at a big nice restaurant...

This is such a poorly run McDonald's. Management has no sense of customer service. Understaffed, overwhelmed employees. I waited so long to talk to someone to order I finally gave up and tried using the touchscreen kiosk. All I wanted was a couple of the "collector cup" meals. Unfortunately the full menu populates 99% of which doesn't get you the cup and it was completely misleading. Tried resolving my issue but the manager couldn't have cared less and wanted to make me look like an idiot. Yeah I made a mistake. Could someone there have helped make it right? Maybe. But they didn't. Got a refund and left.

It's a McDonalds, you know what you are getting, and they usually "hit it" (unlike the ones four miles east towards I-55 or the one three miles north towards I-80 that "miss it"). Eating here 3-4/month, there misses are usually small (assembly on special order burger, charging for extra lettuce, having to initiate the conversation when going thru the drive-thru at night, stuff like that)
