I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. After a long day on the road, I parked my semi and walked in, just wanting to grab a meal. When I approached the counter to place my order, the lady working there completely ignored me. Despite my attempts to get her attention, she walked away without saying a word. I understand that it can get busy, but outright ignoring a customer is unacceptable. As someone who relies on fast food while on the road, I expect at least basic courtesy. This location failed to provide even that. I won’t be stopping here again.

Gave this place another try. I haven't been there in awhile. The guy working the drive thru talked like he was high as hell. Sure enough when I pulled up to pay I was right. Filthy dirty. All the cups were on the floor right thru the drive thru window. Wow. I could only imagine how the grill looked and how ofter they changed the oil. Yuck. 12/29/2024. 6:30pm

We always get beef patties for our daughter off the “a la carte” menu. We tried to explain to the person working the drive thru where it was as we’ve done it over twenty times at this point. He insisted it wasn’t there and we were incorrect. Manager didn’t even speak with us, but said it wasn’t there. Not thrilled with this McDonald’s service. We’re sticking with the one in Minooka off Ridge.

It was a cold winter night, me and my friends needed to grab some food to bring back to the house. News flash, Mercy Black ate all the chicken at home, but anyways… We got there around about 11:30 pm and there was 2 people in line in front of us, but let me tell ya whoever was in that car in front of me has to have an OG Bobby Johnson cause it smelled like a weed farm. My disabled friend has an allergic reaction to weed and it’s not good luckily nothing happened with that. When we ordered our food the dude was pissed for no reason, I heard a barbarian deployment sound through the microphone I guess he was getting a 0 star on that attack. When we finally got our food they literally forgot 5 quad Mac’s but gave us extra fries instead??? A little silly if you ask me, also tell me why one of the employees literally looked like one of the Goosebumps HorrorLand ops. Luckily this location is right next to the highway so like if you ever are going 144 and need a bite to eat I mean if you have NO other options at all you can settle for this -69 rating here but yea, unbelievable. I definitely won’t be coming here unless I’m in cardboard 3 mental status.

If you want to get constant diarrhea for the next few days then come here. I bought a small latte and $2 breakfast sandwich here last week and got stomach ache with GERD right after I ate them.
Slow service. The timing of the app to actual food being ready is WAY off. The app said food is ready and coming to your vehicle. Waiting for 5 minutes, and no food, I went inside and the food wasn't even done cooking. Disappointed the app and actual time was that much of a difference.
