All McDonald's does is give me the squirts.... The trots.... The brown pudding volcano.... Yet I still keep eating the garbage.... Go figure???

I will never come back here again. The manager is rude and gets mad if u tell him or ask for anything. This is the second encounter with him and constantly nodding his head no in disappointment like we are the problem. I asked him for sauce he got mad and said it was extra I said ok I’ll pay the extra I want sauce he end up giving it to me but said next time to be asking when ordering. I’m sorry I didn’t know there were rules to ordering.
2nd. Encounter. Today!!!!!!! He got made cause I gave him a code he said I should’ve given it to him When ordering I’m sorry but I didn’t know it was such an issue to pay with my app at the window. When ordering my phone app wasn’t opening right away so coming to the window it did . He got annoyed. Then he gave me the wrong order!!!! I told him you gave me the wrong order he said “why” I don’t know why you gave me the wrong order. He got mad and wanted to charge me the difference so I gave him another code and then he kept saying I was denying the codes. The code were going thru because my app says “we got ur code” there is not way for me to deny codes and I’m showing him the code number so how would I deny codes? Then he got mad and he gave me the food and said it was fine but left me hanging at the window and closes the window while I’m still talking. I’m Hispanic and he’s Hispanic. I spoke to him in Spanish cause his English I couldn’t understand him. He was soooo rude I wonder if he really hates his job why is he working there and with a bad attitude. I will never go there again

Snack wraps were super old and dry. Fries were old. On top of that they only give you two tiny ketchup packets. Charge $10 for a snackwrap meal and they wanted to charge for a second sauce. Workst snackwaraps ive ever had. Its was like eatching a woodchip burrito.

I went to the Channon McDonald’s at 2:30am. I was really disappointed with the food. Usually I don’t have an issue with this McDonald’s and it was one of my favorites but I think it’s a different staff that works there now. I ask for fries no salt and you can tell the fries were reheated in the oil. The burger buns were hard as a brick and also the nuggets. They must had that food sitting out for hours. I went back to the store and gave the guy manger the food back and told him the food was not fresh and ask for a refund. He wanted my receipt which I gave him, instead of an apology. He looked at my receipt and said that I was there 20 mins ago with an attitude which didn’t even make sense to me. I don’t know what that has to due with the fact that the workers at McDonald’s gave me old food. I have much better things to do than waste my time and gas to go back to McDonald’s and ended up not eating.

My Quarter Pounder with cheese & French fries had to have been the night before. Usually I love the food from here. I thought it would have been fresh since I went there at 11:30. My burger was barely even warm, it was very dry and almost black. The fries were rubbery & limp and cold. The kids chicken nuggets & fries were barely warm & also limpy. Pleaseee do better Channahon Mcdonalds!!
