I'm in Minooka visiting family and we ordered three medium pizzas (two pepperoni and one sausage) as well as a meat pocket. Order was ready on time and they were some of the best pizzas I've ever had. The meat pocket was phenomenal. All pizzas and the meat pocket were cooked perfectly.

This is my family’s go-to pizza place. They’re consistently good: great pizza, chicken chunks, salads, and don’t skip out on the brownies. Always friendly service. Usually delivers much quicker than the app guesstimated time too.

Ordered for delivery and didnt get my ranch OR my giardinera I paid for. I literally called them and asked to make sure they had it. Will never order from this place again.

For the second time in a row, I have ordered a double dough pizza and have gotten thin crust. Never made a call the first time because accidents do happen but When it happened the second time I called and was told I’ll go check the scraps to see if it’s Double dough, then was proceeded to be told that I was wrong and what was I expecting? This is not what I was expecting! The person on the phone was no help whatsoever! Does this look like double dough?

Ordered a pizza to my workplace which is only 12 minutes away. The delivery driver came to security and was being extremely unprofessional to the guard because he had to wait for us to walk up front. As we got up front we signed the receipt with a tip and was going to pull cash out as well. The driver looked at the receipt and asked how much for the tip and said what a waste and complained about his tip saying he shouldn't have even drove all the way out here. Horrible horrible service. I called the restaurant afterwards and it did not seem like they cared. Didn't say he would do anything about it and then hung up. The food here is good but the service is awful. I'll buy a Jack's Pizza next time.

Been enjoying their pizza since I was a kid! Tonight, for the first time, I ordered the stuffed cheese (deep dish). Thin on the bottom, airy and crunchy on the sides, perfectly heavy on the cheese, toppings, and sauce, and tastes as good as it looks! This deep dish will hang with the best of them! Have no fear, go for it! Priced surprising lower than expected.
As you can see from the replies from whomever is replying. They dont care as long as they get your money. Your staff is not the brightest sorry to say. But the pizza was a 2 out of 5. So if your drunk and lonely this is the perfect place to eat... or order delivery if you dare......

We decided after our order today, we will not order again from the Channahon Pizza 4 U. Pizzas are decent but the service here is terrible!! Everytime we order a pizza, we want it piecut so that's what we order. Never comes piecut! We have let it go a few times, then started calling to let them know the pizza was wrong. They did remake it a couple of times, but the inconvenience of an additional hour for your food doesn't always work out. It has happened so many times now, we are just done. Tonight, I called them right after we ordered online to help them get it right this time. I asked if they could please make sure our pizza was piecut. The kid on the phone confirmed my order and said "I gotcha" so I was pretty confident we'd have a pizza how we ordered it. Nope!!! Again, it was not piecut. I called them,explained to the manager that I even called after ordering to ensure they got our order correct and he gave the excuse of "it's muscle memory, they get used to doing square cut" and offered to send us a new pizza. Im sorry, but we dont want to wait an additional 45 mins and we dont want our pizza spit on. Do your employees not read the tickets? If you're not going to give the customer what they ordered , why even have options to pick from? The workers clearly don't care if your order is right or wrong, the manager clearly does not care either because he doesn't take steps to resolve repeated issues and he didn't care when I said we aren't ordering anymore from them. He just said "mmm-k". Mmm-k P4U, there are plenty of other places that do care about delivering great service and holding their employees to standards.
