The workers here are very nice and friendly. I don't go here too often, only on my way to work. The one girl who takes my order sometimes with the brown curly hair and glasses is always so nice and amazing. I love when I get to see her. I feel bad I don't know her name, but she is always so nice and I got a nice little note on my cup telling me to enjoy my day.

I’ve had a frustrating experience at the Starbucks in Channahon, Illinois. I have a gluten allergy and always research my drinks to ensure they're safe. However, the staff at this location repeatedly tells me my drink contains gluten, even though I know it doesn’t. Other Starbucks locations never give me this issue. It feels like the staff here is being lazy and doesn’t want to follow the proper allergen protocol. They are dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and allergy awareness.

I will drive out of my way just to go to this Starbucks. Their drinks taste so much better than any other Starbucks I've been to. I ordered my usual at the Minooka location and found out fast that they don't make it like Channahon's Starbucks. CHANNAHON STARBUCKS 100%

I love this Starbucks! The staff are super nice and friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong through drive through or in person. My daughter and I go here all the time. ❤️I also have had a small Bible study here with friends and the atmosphere is great. I think all the bad reviews may be related to “growing pains” for when this location first opened. It does take some time for staff to get in the swing and apply all good practices when new. So please give people a break. However, I have no complaints for this location! Thank you Starbucks Staff or making my day a little brighter with your smile and pleasent attitudes.

I've seen some bad reviews here and I think I've had similar experiences as some have had, but honestly every place has someone having a bad day or someone that's new or whatnot. I love this location, as we just moved off 6 from plainfield is not only is this a convenient location, but 80% of the time (when not dealing with 15+ cars in drive thru at 8am) I have had a positive and happy conversation with the baristas. Friendly faces, great spot, love the new build. This is a fine place to grab your loved morning brews. Enjoy!

It is pretty rare that I leave reviews for chain café-house. But this Starbucks definitely deserves one good review. I have been holding my interviews at this location for the new local business establishment. I spend most of my days here sometimes. Employees are always friendly, and the environment is clean. Not to mention my favorite delicious cold brew I get from them every morning.
