The lady working didn't know what she doing and had no idea what came on the sandwiches including meats also all the sandwiches I got had stale bread paid over 40$ for the food if I could give them a zero star review I would all fountain drinks were also out of order except 2 do not recommend eating there

Watch out for the Channahon Subway if you are trying to order for delivery off the app. Our order showed it failed on the app so we tried a second time. The app yet again said the order failed. BUT looking at our credit card bill we were charged 2 times. We tried calling subway immediately to get it all figured out and the person who answered the phone just kept saying “no manager, no manager”.
I just called my credit card company and they are working on removing the charges for us. We’ve had so many issues with the Channahon subway, we will never order from them again.

We have never ordered from this Subway before. I placed an order online. My son went inside to pick up the food, the lady working was extremely rude to him and told them they had no order with my name. My son called me to confirm, I sent him the confirmation number. She still argued with him. By then a man, idk maybe owner or manager came up to my son to asked the issue. My son explained to him and the manager stated that the order was in fact there on the counter and ready for pick up. The lady never even apologized. After all that I opened my sandwich and it was made wrong. I double checked the receipt…making sure I had ordered correctly. Yes I did. With all that had occurred wasn’t even worth our time to call to complain. We will not return.
