This is my go-to place for a sandwich in Channahon. The staff are very friendly and have even memorized my order. Always greeted with a smile, and I appreciate that!

Don't eat here, they don't want to put any topping on your sandwich i asked the girl making my sandwich for more veggies and she snapped on me,skinny sandwich ever..never going back.

Oct 2022. Not recommended. While it appeared clean, it should have, as it was empty at dinner time, big sign of things going wrong. Not at all friendly, welcoming or grateful for business. This location does not honor most Subway coupons & limits which few sandwiches that those couple of accepted coupons can be used for (photo proof attached). This location is not even using all Subway meats (photo proof attached of paper thin store bought deli slices literally still in the shape of the tubs they likely came in & were dumped from, plus I actually worked for Subway, so I know). Also such extremely skimpy amounts of that non Subway meat & cheese + tiniest sprinkles of all other veggies placed on sandwiches. None were remotely close to what we receive when we go to other locations. Even the foot longs were hardly filling for my children and barely worth the coupon amount paid. Never would these have been worth full price nor substantial for an adult appetite. Not the first time we’ve had sub par service and food here, but we are limited in this small town & thought we’d try again. Not going to give them or continued business. Summary - Skip this location and go to another Subway to be treated kindly, politely, fairly and properly given amounts equal to what you pay for.

They don't clean their soda machine. Just had a diet coke with my sandwich and it tasted like mold. Bread was stale and hurt my teeth. Ruined my appetite.

Place was clean and organized. Came in with my children and was stressed they made my food perfect and took their time with all the food and gave me cookies for the stress they saw while my kids were anxious and hungry

Subway eat fresh….. why is it never fresh though? Ordered tonight on uber eats and received a sandwich that tasted like it was made yesterday. Stale and smashed bread and not fresh veggies. Never again. I’ll drive to the subway on Mondamin. Everything Always fresh and they warm up cookies on request!

The most rude ignorant ahole working there.......had to call him a stingy jerk just to get enough vegetables on the first sandwich. Then the second sandwich was supposed to have meatballs and pepperoni........he purposely left off the pepperoni........the most ignorant service ive ever had at a subway.......somebody needs to call corporate and have their franchise pulled
Employee had an attitude & got upset when I asked questions about the selections. He also didn’t make the items I requested from the menu because I had a coupon deal(even though the coupon didn’t specify that I couldn’t order the specialty footlongs from the menu). Very short on the toppings too. Overall just rude and disrespectful service. Won’t be returning.
