Wow just wow service was great they we friendly, fast ,and on top of it . The lines were long but i was in and out in 15 mins . The food was great you can see how well the owners trained there Employee best Customer Service i have had around mattoon in a long while .
Food was fine, but had I known I had to wait 20 minutes for it I would have gone to a regular restaurant.

The new mac and cheese was nasty and had a burnt cheese on it. The chicken strips were supper small. Compare my strips to the ones they advertise. They forgot a sauce i ordered. The guy calling out orders was too quiet, so nobody knew when it was ready. Also, I had a 40-minute wait last time I ordered. Disappointed.

I read the first 3 reviews for most helpful;One was from Redhesh mentioning that their burger was a life saver. They do not have burgers.Another one was from Diane talking about their crazy efficient drive thru. This is in the food court of a college campus. There is no drive thru.If you can't beat 'em... Don't forget to try the duck confit.
Excellent food. My first time having Chick-fil-A and I was not disappointed. Very good food, but being in a university, it was a bit crowded in line. Also a bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays? The dining area was very nice with no distractions as everyone else were students doing their own thing. The drink station has a very unique Mt Dew - which i am always interested in - but they were out of it on this particular day.
