I love their ice cream and their peanut butter cookies the best!! When you walk in and are greeted with a smile by the manager or staff on duty it makes me want to continue to show my support for this business!

The manager as well as all of her staff are amazing!

I would definitely recommend the carmelmillionaire and mint chocolate chip ice cream my two all time favs! I do highly recommend their peanut butter, snicker doodle and m & m cookies. Mind you they are all good but those are my favs. Definitely will update review once I try their Brookie:

I feel terrible because I accidentally threw my receipt away after telling the sweetheart worker, whose name I didn’t get, that I would fill out the survey! I was there Saturday with my son after the EIU game. We stopped in for some cookies for our 3 hour car ride home. Stopped for my son, was not expecting there to be anything gluten free, but to my pleasant surprise, there were the best GF chocolate chip cookies ever!

The worker was a complete gem and I wish I had her name to give her proper credit. Will 100% be back when next in the area!

PS - we ended up with 4 different cookie flavors, all of them were warm and gooey. My daughter ate one the next day. She described it as soft, but not gooey. So if you’re not a gooey fan, maybe let them cool off first.

Stopped in on a Saturday evening and they weren't too busy. The worker up front was super nice! We ordered all their vegan cookies, amounted to 8 total, and some regular cookies for a 12 pack. My wife and I had the vegan cookies, our son took the regular ones. They had chocolate chip, birthday cake, and double fudge. When the lady up front got the cookies out of the warmer she noticed there was a vegan and gluten free chocolate chip. She asked if we wanted to try that and I said yes! She threw that in the box too, thanks!

I tried them all, of course. I really enjoyed the vegan chocolate chip and that's all I really wanted. I was surprised how good the vegan and gluten free chocolate chip was. It was crispy on the outside and edges but had a nice softness in the middle. It didn't feel grainy like a lot of gluten free does.

I did wake up this morning (Sunday) and had a birthday cake and double fudge for breakfast (why not?) and they were both really good too. The double fudge was similar to a brownie. The birthday cake reminded me of a sugar cookie. Apparently my wife told me to save the last birthday cake cookie. I ate this morning and am in a bit of trouble. Oops.

We'll make another stop by Insomnia Cookies when we come to visit our EIU student.
