This toothless hideous inside and out woman claimed at 8:40, she was “out of bread and couldn’t make my 3 daughters a turkey and cheese sub” and we couldn’t buy drinks, or chips either. NOTE “they close at 9, that’s why we was getting turkey and cheese, so it wasn’t anything needed to be heated up or cooked or however they do that” RIGHT AFTER I WALK OUT, NOT ONE BUT THREE OTHER PEOPLE WALK INSIDE. And she serves them. The woman claimed “she didn’t have to serve someone who doesn’t pay for their food”. Because I had a gift card

Whether ordering a cold or hot sub sandwich you’re guaranteed to get the best. Wonderful customer service. Warm inviting atmosphere. If you want that down home service with a hometown reception go to Jersey Mike’s. Two thumbs up, happy dance and a snap-snap. ? ?
Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian but I did notice they have a great selection for those that are vegetarian. I’m going to order a vegetarian sandwich upon a future visit. Way to go Jersey Mike’s!
Parking: You can park right at the door. If handicapped there’s still access to the front door.
Kid-friendliness: The customer service employees give total attention to the little ones. Amazing ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy maneuvering for those with disabilities. Yes! Making it easy for individuals like myself to get in and out safely.

We absolutely love Jersey Mikes in Mattoon and were super excited that they were coming to Charleston! Unfortunately, this location is not great. If you go during the day, the manager and workers are extremely nice and helpful. If you go in the evening, there is a manager there that is horrible. She is not friendly and is rude to customers and staff. She is always wearing her hair in a bun and always has a frown. We gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time we had an experience with her. But after coming back on multiple occasions, we now know that she is just rude. Also, whenever she is there, we have to wait 20+ minutes on our hot subs which then are handed to us and are cold to the touch. It is super disappointing as we truly love Jersey Mikes, but this location needs work.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and cookies. 3 sandwiches were correct but mine wasn't. I called and they offered to make it correctly so my fiance went back and picked it up and when she got home is still wasn't right. I understand stuff happens as we're both in food service but there's no excuse for messing the same order up twice. No matter how busy you are. Disappointing for sure.

This is the second time I have ordered a #16 giant which is a hot sandwich and on both occasions, my sandwich has been cold to the point where the cheese doesn’t melt. I will say the meat was warm and I appreciate that but the cheese is supposed to be melted. It is especially upsetting to me because I ordered on an extremely slow day therefore the cook had enough time to make sure that the meat and cheese where cooked on the grill. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have ordered one.
