Bad experience with customer service employees cursing at a mother customer in front of me. The customer requested for their food to be more hotter the employees got really hassle with the customer. Then the customer put their hands on an order that they didn't want and put her hands all over the food and the employer put then put the food back on the shelf to be served to someone elas (nasty)

Stopped by march 1st about 5ish and they were extremely busy. I'm talking 30 mins to an hour wait. Now mind you they only told me 20 lish minutes, I was running low on money and looking for dinner for 3, on the cheap!All that 2 say, THAT STAFF DESERVES A RAISE. Never once were they not busy, ppl coming in ppl coming out. But I heard clear communication, and saw amazing team work. They double checked each other and helped when asked! Not to mention also taking orders, they were pushing them out just as fast!I know a lot of ppl were complaining about the wait, but the cashier made it clear before I ever ordered how long the wait would be. She also made everyone else after me know, but they still chose to stay. (No reason 2 complain.)Both cashiers were super friendly and was doing an amazing job of working with customers even tho it was clear they were all flustered and tired.!If you stop in and it's busy, be considerate and show em a smile.P.s. dear management, you got a great team, a week later and I'm still thinking out how well they did! Keep it up guys!Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have an automatic door, but they do have a ramp leading to the sidewalk up by the door!

Tbh my experience was kinda unforgettable. wasnt a big deal that the cashier shut the drawer without giving me my change, but then he proceeded to ask me how much my total was again. After responding to him with my order total, he then asked me "so how much change i owe you then?" lol then he reached in his pocket and grabbed some random silver change and handed it to me and said , "just take that".OH EM GEE! lol

Manager David B very rude man refused me a refund after I asked for his employee to wear gloves while handing my food threatened to kick me out this man needs to go if this is the face you want for ur business then I will never shop here for parties school fundraisers nor dinner something needs to be done I will be reaching to corporate also

Waiting on DoorDash order…..Worker with black glasses and hat on backwards looks at me, then looks over at his coworker and says “I get paid by the hour not the minute.”Clearly at the fact that I was waiting, I truly won’t be showing them any business. Shows they don’t care about customer service.

I entered tonight Saturday 2/18. I walked in and I was the only customer and walked up to the counter. No one came from the back as all employees were yelling and screaming at each other throwing the "f" bomb at the top of their lungs. I stepped over to where they could see me and said you have a customer. One person said I'm sorry. I turned around and walked out. I WON'T BE BACK!'

Management and staff are very rude, the manager personally messaged my son, about a issue she had with his father.. very unprofessional for management.. I have seen staff in back touching their faces and itch their arms without washing( use gloves) doesn't matter how hot the oven gets, unloved hands preparing a raw item, not properly sanitizing their hands.. asked for money back, and the employee at register said "what if I dont".. joking or not, in a situation with unhappy customer why would that even be said..

Forgot to make our cheese bread. Ordered the deep dish pepperoni pizza. Got home and there was zero sauce like they didn't bother to put any on.
