Had a fabulous experience at The Top Of Rocs with family and out of town friends following my husband's services. My sister made arrangements with Tammy from out of town and Brandon was super helpful that evening. Would recommend working with these two any time.

I happened to try this location for the first time when the special was blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and it was delicious. I ordered it to go, and even after taking maybe 45 mins to get home and be ready to eat finally, the chicken still wasn't dry and the noodles hadn't formed together. While picking up the order, I noticed the owner talk to some people. The owner interrupted his own conversation to help the staff treat me quickly whilst he went and got the order from the kitchen. The inside was clean and inviting (if not a little dark, but that's typical for a bar and grill I've seen). I didn't see a table that looked like it hadn't been attended even down to having all the chairs pushed in (which I've found shockingly rare in some places lately).Loved the food and cleanliness, and next time I plan to invite friends to eat in so that I can enjoy a bountiful salad bar that I've heard about. Thank you for the great dinner, and what you provide to your town.

In fairness new owner just took over and it's only beginning to open the kitchen back up. The first selection and quality is still lacking but will hopefully improve.Service is good.

First time eating there was after work around 5pm. Walleye was good and reasonably priced, unlike many of the options on the menu. The waitress acted like she didn't have time for us. I wanted to get an order to go for a friend working night shift. A Co worker finally flagged her down to get a refill and before I could even tell her about the to-go order she ran off. This would be excusable if we weren't one of only 3-4 tables seated. Anyways, I ordered a half rack of ribs with broccoli as a side for $20+. I forgot to ask but I'll just assume they were the best ribs in history.

Indeed I have never been disappointed in service or food. The chicken wrap was a crispy delight and the fish portion was large; went down the hatch swimmingly. Also, the best whiskey sour in town with a nice foam film. The atmosphere is low-light and old age, brings you back to a more desired time.

Service and food were wonderful. I also had a side salad with ranch and the ranch is very good. My son had the chicken strips and liked them. My boyfriend said the burger was delicious. Bloody Mary, was great, lemon drop martini was just okay. All around good experience and my family and I will be back.

I always like visiting this place when I travel through Charleston, the place hasn't changed much in the last 10 years. Friendly staff and if you ask the bartender to "surprise me" they'll come up with some awesome cocktails. Had the walleye last Saturday and it was awesome.

Specifically looking for a place with outdoor dining that was dog-friendly and found this place. The food was SO GOOD, the staff was PHENOMENAL! I live about two hours away, but I'll be back!

I got a Rueben to go today. I have had Ruebens there several times in the past and they have been excellent. Today, the marbled rye had been TOASTED, which turns the crust into actual marble, very hard. There was precious little corned beef and saurkraut too. A Rueben is supposed to be grilled, similar to a patty melt, and should be moist and juicy. Mine today was dry and basically inedible.
