If you like watered down drinks and skimping on purchased add-ins then this is the place for you. Otherwise you can get a better cup of coffee at a gas station. I'm typically a huge fan of Starbucks. This would be a good place to open one.

This location has things down pat. Baristas are super friendly; the drinks are made fast and are consistent; the drive-thru moves super fast; the inside is clean and orderly; and rarely are they ever out of an ingredient. Whoever manages this location needs a raise.

Only leaving 1 star to be able to leave review. They always mess up my drinks. Doesn’t matter how many times I repeat my order or show it written down. They still mess it up. I pay and my drink is still wrong.

Employee at drive up window was very rude, hostile, and took it personally when I wanted to change my order to a breakfast sandwich-she was not helpful did not seem to recognize sandwich I described (egg, meat and cheese on round biscuit or muffin). I then came back in restaurant when I spilled the venti mocha I had bought and when I went to register to order another Venti, employee at drive up window who had been difficult to interact with before, looked at her co worker and said, “that is her”. I am 62 years old, have an extensive amount of years in management and administrative positions and was not in any way difficult to deal with. I was friendly and understanding that maybe she was having a bad day, and did not expect this young woman’s hostility toward me. I am quite upset now and can’t bring myself to spend a small fortune at a business that does not address this issue. My name is Julie and both orders occurred between 730 am and 8 am on Monday August 7, 2023. Please address this with your employee and respond to my complaint or I am done with Starbucks forever.

Very busy... not enough help... long wait. Pretty typical with any business right now, so can't bicker too much. The drinks were okay. Once we had to doctor it a lot! The other time, they had to completely redo 2 drinks. No apology, no refund, nothing... not great service. The store was in dire need of cleaning, but again, not enough help in a swamped store. I would probably end up going back if there weren't other options.

I’ve had countless negative experiences at this store. The main woman that works every morning is mature enough to be polite but that doesn’t happen.Busy is one thing, rude is another.

Just waited 30 minutes for a drink, no apology or anything. They literally had to ask me what drink I had because they lost the sticker or something. Never again, just go to DUNKIN!! RIDICULOUS
