The lady in the drive thru that works morning shift is EXTREMELY RUDE. She got my order wrong because she was trying to make my order as I was telling her what I wanted on the different sandwiches instead of typing my order in the system. So it was time to pay she made the sandwiches completely wrong. Then stuffed a footlong, a 6 inch, and two bags of chips all in one bag when I asked for another bag she told me no which was very rude! Overall TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Went in tonight and the Service was horrible. The workers were rude and unprofessional. They were complaining about the the line being long. They were sighing and shaking their heads. On top of that, the restaurant is expensive for no reason. We got 5 SIX INCH SANDWHICHES and it was 79 dollars. We questioned it (rightfully so) and the girl was rude. The food sucks. The workers suck. That place should not even be open.

It was clean though.

I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub with American cheese and they gave me a 6 inch salami and provolone sandwich like if you can’t understand ask again or if you don’t have the ingredients just say that

Although my pizza was good, the service here is horrible. I’m not someone that frequents Subway however this experience ensured that I would NEVER want to return to this location. I’m not sure if there is training on customer service but the young lady that served me had a terrible attitude and was slamming things down when I would ask a question or for a topping. I understand customer service is not always easy but being rude to a customer unwarranted could make or break their experience. It’s also disheartening.

Order online picked up, drive thru.
Just check on your order before you leave. (2) Sandwiches were good, but they missed two side items. The young lady was rude (told next time I would inform, if I was going to pick up thru drive up, tell them next time)

i would give 0 stars if i could… young lady working tonight was so rude for no reason at all, i was nice and said thank you. 1st off i order 2 chocolate chip cookies and then only received one of them along with a raspberry cheesecake cookie, so i think that it’s just a mistake and i come back and tell them i think they gave me the wrong cookies, she said “we only had 1 chocolate chip cookie left so i just put another one in there” im thinking if you are out of something just tell me and ill chose something else its not that hard. but as i left i got home my sandwich wasn’t toasted like asked for, there was no mayonnaise on there either and only 2 strands of onion. i’m honestly so disappointed and will not be coming back to this subway again. please train your employees better.

We ordered online. Got there, got our "sandwiches." Only to find out that the wrap with the tortilla shell no longer exists and my flatbread has definitely changed as well. It's very thin now and a bit tough. Both sides of the ft long had a large circle of hard places in the flatbread ( which is also the wrap just cut definitely). My mom's wrap also had changed. It was just the same thin hardish wrap. Had we ordered in store, I doubt we would have ordered. I went up and caught one of the employees, possibly the boss . I told her everything I put in here. She says, "Yeah , they both changed. They kinda suck now ,when you heat them, they are like crackers! I said "Yes exactly!" Waiting for her to do something, anything about it. She said, " OK, thanks." and just walked away. She didn't offer to remake ,money back, future remake, or anything! ?
Subway isn't cheap and definitely not worth the money spent that day. We won't be back ,especially at this one.

Will get your order wrong every time, and not do anything about it. They got my pick up order wrong and I didn’t notice til I got home. I went back to ask for a refund/new sandwiches. They told me I had to drive back home to get the sandwiches that were wrong so I could get new ones. They wasted my time, and refused to correct their mistake. Worker that initially helped me was rude. Their bread is smarter than their employees.

I came in with a coupon code that said enter at subway it was a foot long for $6.99 but they said I had to order online and use the coupon witch is fine but they let me just stand there in the lobby and mess with the app witch runs slow anyway to have the app say I couldn't order cause it was to late I told them and then they said yes you can't order after 9:30 well they could have easily just said it was to late to order online instead of just watching me try to order I still bought a sub but it would have been nice to let the customer know instead of just watch and wait

Never been to a more inconsistent Subway before. Lived here for some months and was around before I lived here. Food is sometimes decent but not good, mostly bad and soggy. Don't recommend.

The food was top notch, the employees were friendly and very helpful. The customer in line before me was not nice to the employees, especially the young man at the cash register, he was talking down to them and making comments about how dumb young people were and so on. I was impressed with both of them about how they handled this situation, they kept smiling and stayed professional even when he was verbally attacking them and just being a total jerk. I wanted to tell him off and he didn't even say a word to me. The way those 2 employees behaved needs to be brought to attention and they need to be praised by the management team for not allowing that awful person to drag them down to his level.I don't know your names but I hope the see this because I want to let them know that this world needs more people lile them, it's not easy to face that kind of negativity and not let it ruin their day or worse start an altercation like we see almost everyday on the news and social media. Your parents raised you both right and I want to thank them for doing f a great job raising their children to be a lart of the solution and not the problem.
