Will get your order wrong every time, and not do anything about it. They got my pick up order wrong and I didn’t notice til I got home. I went back to ask for a refund/new sandwiches. They told me I had to drive back home to get the sandwiches that were wrong so I could get new ones. They wasted my time, and refused to correct their mistake. Worker that initially helped me was rude. Their bread is smarter than their employees.

I came in with a coupon code that said enter at subway it was a foot long for $6.99 but they said I had to order online and use the coupon witch is fine but they let me just stand there in the lobby and mess with the app witch runs slow anyway to have the app say I couldn't order cause it was to late I told them and then they said yes you can't order after 9:30 well they could have easily just said it was to late to order online instead of just watching me try to order I still bought a sub but it would have been nice to let the customer know instead of just watch and wait

Never been to a more inconsistent Subway before. Lived here for some months and was around before I lived here. Food is sometimes decent but not good, mostly bad and soggy. Don't recommend.

The food was top notch, the employees were friendly and very helpful. The customer in line before me was not nice to the employees, especially the young man at the cash register, he was talking down to them and making comments about how dumb young people were and so on. I was impressed with both of them about how they handled this situation, they kept smiling and stayed professional even when he was verbally attacking them and just being a total jerk. I wanted to tell him off and he didn't even say a word to me. The way those 2 employees behaved needs to be brought to attention and they need to be praised by the management team for not allowing that awful person to drag them down to his level.I don't know your names but I hope the see this because I want to let them know that this world needs more people lile them, it's not easy to face that kind of negativity and not let it ruin their day or worse start an altercation like we see almost everyday on the news and social media. Your parents raised you both right and I want to thank them for doing f a great job raising their children to be a lart of the solution and not the problem.

Had a veggie sandwich and I have never felt worse. Service great, food horrible. Have been on the toilet for like three hours, coming out of both ends. Never been this bad in my entire life. I may need medical help.

I only rate it two stars because I asked for my flatbread not to be toasted and I they toasted it anyway still toasted it anyway. I said multiple times I did not want it toasted but they did not listen and still toasted it. Do not go there if you want your bread not toasted.

You would think when you spend over $50 at a place you would at least get a thank you. Not at this place the rudest cashiers I’ve ever seen and they want me to give them a tip they are absolutely crazy. If they knew about customer service, they might get a tip but they have no clue.

Sub par location. The food is decent enough by Subway franchise standards, but the location is under staffed and the building needs some upkeep.They have a cigarette butt catcher right by the West entry which attracts door dashe drivers who sit there and chain smoke while waiting on orders, so you will have to run the gauntlet of that as you come in and go out.
