Enjoyed dinner outside, no indoor seating due to Covid-19. The Pappardelle Gamberi & Spinach pasta was delicious! My husband said his special of the day, Pork Loin sandwich was very good! Great service, appreciated being served even though the kitchen had just closed! Highly recommend!

Great Manhattans! Ihad the shrimp paperdelle. It was delicious. The lemon cake was so yummy with delicious lemon camdy. Food and drinks are great whenever I go there!

The small, quaint space and well-trained and friendly staff make this a one-of-a-kind experience just south of Kankakee. The executive chef, Alessandro, is a northern Italian trained chef that has an incredible eye for detail that pairs well with his exploratory sense of flavor combinations. If you are an adventurous eater that wants a great experience, you NEED to try this place. Reservations are needed, especially on he weekends as Ale's dining room only has 12 tables. Great for date night, anniversaries, parties. Fun drinks, craft beer on draft, and a fabulous and worldy wine list. This place is for people who enjoy every aspect of dining- the atmosphere, plate presentation, first bites, unique desserts, great flavors, authentic.

I used Yelp to help find a place to eat and I thought this place sound like a good place with all the reviews. When we walked in she asked if we had reservations and I looked around and thought this doesn't look like a pizza place or a casual grille atmosphere. But we was asked to wait in the lounge and they would get a table first us. We ordered the garlic breadsticks they was delicious with the parmesan cheese sauce. We got a pizza and it was very good. So my only problem with this place would be it is trying to be an upscale restaurant which is fine but maybe change the name to match your atmosphere. And make reservations.

Wow! Amazing food and amazing service. We love this restaurant. It's such a gem. The food is very unique but there's something for everyone. Surprisingly, the seafood dishes were especially good and I highly recommend the scallops as they are perfectly cooked. The wine list is also eclectic and extensive. Overall great food and a great experience and atmosphere.
